My ro is under service contract no 004497.
In order to have hygienic water during rainy season ro requires a routine mainteneance especially during rainy season. Accordingly i requested our area service agent who confirmed that the mechanic will wisit us a particular time. Despite fixing up with service organization, mechanic never turned up and at last service never took place till date.
One fine morning, suddenly after few days i get sms from eureka stating that "hope your service done by mr. Singh was satisfactory"
To my surprise, i noticed that without rendering any service, a false / fake report was submitted to eureka by service agency.
Then comes the customer survey from eureka, the next day wherein i gave poor rating to the services of eureka.
Within 6 hrs of receiving such survery report, very relegiously eureka customer care executive calls and assure me that stringent action would be taken against the service agency for submitting false report and then he will arrange a visit of service mechanic immediately.
It is going to be a fortnight now, again eureka executive vanished without fulfilling any commitment. No service has taken place till date and even rainy season is getting over.
My question to eureka forbes is that are you an organization of all fraud people and fraud service agency who have no ethics and commitment.
Do i pay amc of rs 4300/- to get such a nasty behavior of people.
If the above is true, then kindly take back your rosystem and return rs.4305/- paid towards amc
Else
Am constrained to escalate the matter.
Please note we are using unhygenic water for last so many months despite paying amc which is purly lapse in services
