It’s shameful for organization like DTDC who are making this type of reply after almost one year when I rigorously followed with all of you

As common man I given may material to DTDC expecting you will delivered properly my material and as per advice given by your Vashi office I packed as well as paid insurance amount for expecting material value Rs.30, 000 also ( Please note this insurance amount paid for my material safety not for your organization profit improvement)

Now I am putting DTDC on 15 days notice if you will not settle claim this time else I will go to the court

RATHNA : Please also give Mr.Subhasish Chakraborty e-mail ID and Mobile No.

While we thank you for continuous correspondence with DTDC for a long time, we regret for the inordinate delay in our finalisation of this issue which is pending for a long time.

There are couple of points which needs a direct clarification from your end when we are talking about the Insurance portion of the money paid (i.e. 2% of the Invoice value)
1. While we collect 2 % of the Invoice value towards the risk coverage, normally all the high value c/n's customers are encouraged to cover the transit of their c/n's by their own transit insurance policy.
2. While doing so, all the necessary documentation support such as the original invoice, declaration copies if any at the time of booking the c/n need to be the supporting documents are examined and do not stand the test of our claim compensation policy
3. Since as you agree that the case is very old and does not stand the testimony of our claim policy for any considerations.
4. Therefore under the circumstances, we have considered all the above aspects in totality and has come to a conclusion that your claim can not be admitted at this point of time as per the policy.

Also DTDC is not regretting for mishandling the cargo and worst part was
people are not aware whether it was insured or not + it is carrying computer
or rocks

I am heart personally because this material I delivered at your VASHI office
personally to understand what is DTDC and why I am sending thru DTDC. Thanks
to Mr.Cheriyan approach because him I given this consignment to you
