This is about our urgent shipment to Chandigarh awb no.[protected] dated 03.07.2010 Domestic Proprity Charging me Rs.375/- and the online status showing contact customer care (i don't no what they are to convey) as per telephonic talk the shipment has reached to chandigarh on Blue Dart office on 04.07.2010 at 2.30 PM but not delivered to the destination address. and when i intended for complaint of late delivery the customer care executive told me that their is no provision of complaint register for late delivery.
Blue Dart Charging HIGH and Service LOW
