You can go ahead with the booking I also booked one 30*40 in roost project near lake, it's wonderfull place with good lake.
They r developing well this layout. Mr. Adams I can recommend u to book in this this group.

About Daddy Elixir : i have booked a flat in daddy's elixir electronic city hosur road. Entire project and contruction managed by different agency and managment. project is almost on finishing stage. many people have started interior work. i personally visited site, they do not deserve any adverse comments.
agency at site are commited for customer and consumer satisfactions.

I have booked a flat in Elixire and went recently and found they are almost done with the construction.People have started the interriors there are many families which are moving in September 1st week.Some families are doing their home warming ceromony too.If this project is so bad then why is SBI pre approving this project, as we all know SBI would never get in slightest of the doubt in any project.People staying onsite and buying will definitly have problems they see everything with US and $$$$ standard. i would suggest them that they should also be ready to pay in $$ standard.This is india so they should understand indian problems and indian system. i agree there was delay i project but you tell a single builder not only in bangalore but in india who has delivered the possession in the scheduled date??? every real estate peojects get delayed. Some people are bad in the marketing team like but some are good too. Among all my visits 90% of the times i have seen Bobby Sabastian on the site not in the comforts of the HSR layout office which drives all the employees also to run on the site this is a good behaviour which should be appreciated.DADDY;S builders do all their legal documents in english not inKannada this may make some kannad loving people unhappy but it brings a great transpiracy for non kannidigas who actually need to buy a flat so this is good thing whihch should be appreciated.

I will disagree with above comments. These folks are total cheats, blood suckers. I have experience with these guys on buying roost. They will be behind u like a pet, once you have done, they show their terrible face. Dont trust this guys from my experience I alerting you..

I see all mixed reviews and complaints about Daady's elixir. Am an NRI and would like to confirm few stuff since I'm planning to buy an apartment there. Can somebody who has already booked a flat or visited the place help me with information?

I hear from the marketing people that the project is completed and ready to move in. Is that true?

Since SBI and LIC has approved this project can we take it for granted that there is no deviation and the project has all approvals?

Are the aminities really coming up?

How is the road approach to the project and is the area fenced?

I see some 24 lakhs offer as well is this fake?

Are the interiors and specifications (electrical, gas line, telephone, internet, switches, fittings etc) reliable?

Anything else that you feel a buyer should know about this project?

Please assist with known information.

I recently visited the site and got impressed after seeing the current status and the price they are offering for this project hence I booked 2BHK in 10th floor in B Block (B1007).

I have seen families are already staying there and the work is in progress with supervision of the one of the director.

Things looks fine as of now. In terms of amenities I could see children’s play area, and swimming pool almost at finishing point other than the car part and lifts. Club house will be comming little late after completion on Block C and D.

The offer 24 Lakhs is the real deal.

The best part is this project is approved from the SBI for home loan.

I had signed construction contract 6 months back. It moved fast in beginning but now moving at snails pace and no response from them off late. Over & above there is litigation against them from SBOP for loan they took against several sites including one sold to me one year back.

I visited the Daady's southberg project Roost yesterday...i agree a lot of construction has happened there lots of families are moved in...but i still see security issues...storm drains are not to be seen...also...no proper garbage collection...Club house has been constructed to the level you cannot deny that there is a club house...workers are staying in it for now...extensive plan on garden doesnt seem real as i was looking at a plot near the lake side and didnt find adequate space between the plot and the lake for a park to be built.
If you closely it does look like a lot of promises which may not be kept.

Daddy's Garden Builders — Cheating by Daddy's Garden

Daddies builders are big cheaters , they have taken money from us 3 years back till now the registration is not happened , they do not respond to your call , the project near jigini which they have taken the money they don’t even show it in their website , nobody should even think of buying a property from them . we have cheated by them we are running behind them get the money back , they even had an audacity to say that if you go legally it will be difficult for you get your money back.my sincere suggestion is to go for any other builder in Bangalore .

Please stay away from them. I am a resident of one of their project. You will have nightmares dealing with their incompetent staffs.

About Daady Roost: These stupid Fellows are doing the sale agreement for thrice for same land for different owners... Why cannot you people purchase some land from who are supporting him. then u can real know the real pain /.

Daadys Roost : Don't trust this Guy, he is a Blood sucker, almost all the land are in the court dispute . take my advise !!!try to save your energy, money, time not investing in Daadys roost .. even i have seen some legal notices add's against daadys builder regarding daadys roost in paper .

Hi everybody be cautious about the properties of Daadys they are making multiple sale agreements for each property and they dont have any ethics and they cheat people casually as they have done to many and habitual to them because we are available individually to them and not coolectively and almost 90% of the persons are effected because of these worst people

So restrain from these Daadys properties as you experience following up lawyers, courts and you lost peace with them, if you pay the cheque and you make the mind not to buy these properties they wll not give easily they wll make round to the office weekly once telling different stories to issue cheques and even though they issue cheque it wll bounce they are blood suckers of money

Still want to buy these properties atleast you may get experience around the court and lawyers and lawyers will charge huge money even to get intial amount you paid to these properties CAUTION...CAUTION...CAUTION

What ever money u give them they wll take but never returns even penny of your money and all false promises they wll do to take your money

Did you know these people have lot of mortgages to other banks like HUDCO and they are not even returning the HUDCO'S money by repaying they simply buying another properties in Bangalore be very much CAUTION
