[Resolved]  DAADYS Builders — Delay in Handing over the Pocession

I have bought a Villa from Daadys builders, I have got sick of them for the pocessions its around 1.5 years since I booked the villa, the rates are exabarent in that area but they promise one and hand over at one time. They promised me possession in 6 months but its 1.5 years since I have booked the villa and it is still incomplete. Please refrain from them as it is real headache which I am suffering.

Hi Swetha and Trueindians, You are confusing the consumers with overall daddy's group with Daddy elixir' Project. Clearly Elixir project is managed and operated by different people. ( Under the Supervision of Mr.Venkataswamy Raju ). I am the staying in Elixir apartments currently. the property is clear from all titles and even today leading PSU banks as well Private banks approve loans, if you have doubts you could reach Mr. Venkataswamy Raju for clarifications before you complaints to consumers in this forum. what i appreciate him is he completed the first phase and second phase with promised time-lines. and third phase (3BHK) is also ready for possession. There are 100 families staying currently in the apartment. you are causing inconvenience for all those people with non credible information.
am just dropping this project. thank you for all ur help...
I am planning to buy 3BHK flat in daady elixir. Can you please help me to decide this. I am seeing many complain regarding this project. Can somebody let me know any specific issue with Daadys elixir project.

DAADYS Builders — Lot of snakes

Residents are seeing a Lot of snakes in the layout ,almost each day snakes are seen due to surrounding lakes and waste and nobody is bothering to clear the waste which makes dangerous snakes a heaven and residents are in fear to stay here as it is very poisnous and feel they are between the snakes

I am planning to purchase 30*40 in daadys roost... i just want to check is there any issues in land, i just gone through some reviews it says these guys are doing sale deed for 2-3 guys for same land... is that true...? and lot of issues in this project, can anyone tell me what is the problems and issues.. so that it will help me to get more info on this and to plan .
Daady’s welfare Association maintenance (DWAM)– Too Worst & Notorious Association
1. They charges for vacant land, have you heard about this Rule in entire world? Even Government not kept such type of rule. But DWA is ready to charge you for vacant land.
2. Here No one is coming as tenant neither buying plots because Daady’s builders & Daadys welfare Association creating trouble to residents.( while buying plot/villa daddy’s builder will create problem .After bought the plot/villa DWA will create problem)
3. After Paying Maintenance regularly, Whatever service provide by DWA is too worst, only they know how to collect the money without any delay. After collecting money the service will be in the air.
4. DWAM rule : They want maintenance in advance for 3 months (for every quarter). If a resident is a employed how he can manage his budgets, As we know employer will never pay salary in advance.. How these people are asking without any sense? Who ever kept this rule, If you have enough Money pay maintenance for three years in advance also no one will stop you and please don’t apply your intelligence on others.
5. Do you know how these people are charging for Independent Villa,
Exp: the calculations is as shown below.
Plot Size: 1600 sqft = Rs 900/-
Built-up area: 1050 sqft
Plot Size: 1600 sqft = 1600 X 0.50 = Rs 800/-
Total Rs 1700/-
Here DWA is charging for both for plots as well as Built Up area. It looks like DWA is doing maintenance Inside the House like electrical etc… but you are wrong!! DWA work is only Outside the Villa. Then why DWA people are charging for both plot as well as built area?. As we now it should be equal to everyone.
( If you thought of buying a villa at DWA, please think twice because you have only two choices one is whether you have to buy a small house otherwise these DWA is ready to attack you by saying as you are living bungalow you have to pay 10, 000 & it’s not totally our wish where we have to live.) I think this is the new way to collect the money?

6. What ever maintenance given by residents, DWA members are enjoying all the facilities using it for there own purpose.
7. DWA knows that people who are living at Daddy’s residents are almost s/w ‘s and they don’t have enough time. DWA taken advantage of these, they have started Association and started collecting money as maintenance
8. It will not be a surprise, In Future DWA can ask maintenance for “ as you are walking on daddy’s road you have to pay for that”
9. Instead of Daady’s welfare Association they can keep it as Daady’s Nuisance Association. As they are creating Nuisance to all residents because every two weeks they are going to every residents and creating nuisance.
10. Even uneducated people will maintain properly, here DWA is behaves like gundas, for that no one is prefer here as resident.
I am planning for 3 BHK project understanding the fact that its ready for possession. Your candid & unbiased feedback is needed.

I am planning to buy a Plot (Site) in Daadys garden. Please give me your suggestions and feedback.
Highly headache developers. Nobody trusts his work or words
nothing will be given as per agreement they made or promise, never will they stay on their own words given to clients
and i heard some of the lands are in dispute and in court and my advise is to stay away from these properties
Very very cautious my dear friends as i have experience with the problems.dont loose peace of mind. plese dont think even in dreams.
