[Resolved] Daily Life Retail and Trading LTd — Non-payment of dues

My Concern has serviced Daily life Retail and Trading Ltd by placing three candidates for their Mumbai office for the junior and mid mgt position. The candidates have joined in May and June respectively. The terms of contract signed between the Company (signed by the Sr. VP) and my concern are that the payment will be made within one month from the date of joining of the candidate.

It is now three and two months respectively and despite repeated calls and emails, no proper reply is meted out regarding the status of the payment.

it is their way of functioning. They will never pay even for supplies received. Pl. forget. U will never get back your money. It is a group of malayalee company owned by the cheater of public right from Dhanalakshmi consolidates in 1982, Klen & Marshalls from 1990 defaulting payments to depositors, bankers etc. pl. go thro DRT website. Directors of Daily life are dummies and they are nothing but employees of the above company which is managed by Mr.Balakrishna Rajagopal, who is a group President/Governing council. Quite a lot of cases were against them all.

This is with regard to my complaint of non payment of dues by Daily Life Retail and Trading Ltd.

Thanks to Consumer Forum, the Company has made my payment to the tune of 85% of the pending dues, the balance they have promised will be paid by the next week.
