It is unfortunate that in spite of our requests to remove comments made against the company and the connected officials and other respected persons associated with the company. you good office has not removed the same from your website. A member who has registered with you, under the lo-gin name Guest 42 has posted yet another personal, objectionable, slanderous, malicious and defamatory statements as a comment in the post made by a user honestguys on august 27th 2010
we urge you take immediate action as we are heavily affected and this act has incurred losses due to these false information passed by perpetrators who are taking advantage of the web space to initiate personal animosity.
Else we shall hold your company responsible for the mischief done by your user.
Since this matter has been affected us seriously you may send us the IP address of the user Guest 42 and honestguys who has posted the defamatory comments against our company and officials so as to prevent him from further abuse. and as specified in your website Rules since they was exceeded the limits and has violated the rules of your website with sole discretion, authority and without any justification or notification you may delete the users account.and may permanently ban from posting further complaints. Meanwhile a criminal Complaint/ Case is being registered in the Cyber Cell Delhi to prevent the user from tarnishing the company's image along with a defamation petition, for which you are requested to cooperate with usby give us the IP address of the users.
Requested to take act upon it at the earliest and revert back.
