Deals4all & Citibank — Problematic Mobile handset

This is regarding to your mail dated 31st October, 2007 regarding the ORDER NO.[protected] for POLO WATCH.

In the previous mail dated 31st. October, 2007 you have mentioned that you will receive your gift within 5 to 6 working days but almost a November, 2007 month have came to an end but till date I have not received the gift from your end. I don't know what is wrong with your agency. If you are not going to deliver please let me know. The delivery/handling charges of Rs. 499/- has already deducted from my Citi Bank Indian Oil Credit Card (Master Card).I am also not getting proper reply from your company's representatives though making lots of phones. Every time when the phone is connected I am getting the answer that it will reached to you within a week.

Now, I have decided to contact the top official of Citi Bank Credit Card Issuing Department regarding the same if proper reply is not replied by your department within couple of days. Pl. let me know the exact positing regarding the POLO WATCH Gift bearing order No.[protected].

I have ordered I mat Jaq. phone by E-shop from www.deals4all.net sister concern of SBI Credit card offers panel.

My Order numbers is[protected] ordered on 22nd Dec.
Amt already debited from SBI Card & They have no status about order.

Giving improper reasons like ..
1. Your orders is under packaging .. you will get in 7 days.
2. We have ordered fresh consignmet .. you will get in 7 days.

Need support to solve it.

I wanted to share the same experience that i ordered i-mate JAQ from the website and a default order got generated. after sending a bundle of e-mail i always got the excuse that they are not able to locate the order number as well as the credit card number. I had to place a new order on the phone and the pathetic part is that they themselves cancelled my new order as the previous order had got generated and they had swiped the money from my card.

I am still waiting for my phone and so far no luck.

Let me see if i receive the product within some time or will have to take a legal action.

I too had the similar experience with deals4all.net and sbicard. I have placed an oder for 2 polo diaries on 10th december but till now i have not received them. the banks and the people should not encourage such bogus companies.
this issue should be noticed by the consumer forum

I had also purchased a watch on 19th Dec through my SBI Card, which I have ot yet received. tried reaching the Customer Service Desk of Deals4all.net 4/5 times, either nobody is responding to my call or the call is getting termntated with a Welcome Message. This is realy frustrating. I suggest don't bye anything from Deals4all.net.

It would be a great favor if somebody suggest me on how to take Legal Action against them.

DEALS4ALL — Bad quality

i have purchased 2Nos of i-mate jama handsets, bothof them are not working properly. one out of them i have returned before 20days,but till today i don't have handset or information about handset.

I ordered an imate jama phone before 20 days. I have received that but in problemetic condition. I have send that phone back to company. Before 7 days again i have recevied that phone . Again that is into worst condition.I called up company's staff so many times but they dont even reply me properly.

Don"t Buy any product from deals4all.

I had brought two sony ericcsson t610 mobile phone from this agency. both these mobile were found defective after 10 days o[censored]se and has to be returned back a number of times. every time i sent it back, they replace it saying that the replacement is fresh and without any trouble. for these transaction, i have to pay courier and octroi charges a numerous time, the amount which has equalled to the price of the now available NOKIA N SERIES phone. finally i returned the defective piece 7 month ago and asked them to refund. After that i have made followup over phone with them for refund for atleast 50 times which has cost me a mountain of STD charges. But still no positive response was received from them.

Finally i got a call yesterday that the are sending me a new multimedia mobile of hyundai make (worth Rs.3000/-) and a refund cheque of Rs.700/- (sony t610 cost me around Rs.3800/-+octroi of Rs.350/-).

Now i am waiting for the hyundai mobile to arrive and see whether that is worth the waiting.

for all the financial institution who are backing this firm, please do not deal with this firm as they have a very bad reputation and will spoil your reputation too. The executive employeed in this firm a all useless bunch of jockers employed to make the customer go mad

I have still not heard anything from either you or your company regarding the order that I had placed for the Giordano Watches in December. (Refer below mail) I have been patient enough with you guys for 4 months now. If I do not hear anything from you then I'll have to take this matter with the Consumer Forum.

Also, atleast have the courtesy to respond to emails when your company asks me to drop one to you. First of all, before you guys give discounts on products, learn how to care for the consumers and provide excellent service to them.

Need you to look into this matter urgently.

I had placed an order for 2 Giordano watches (Order#[protected] in the last week of December.
I received only 1 watch while I was debited for the price of 2 watches.
I have reported this matter in your company many times and all I was told that I would be receiving the watch soon.
Its been nearly 4 months now and I have neither got any response from your company nor the watch.

Request you to look into this matter at the earliest and either dispatch the watch soon or credit my account back with the debited amount.

hey i had odered 3 polo watches on 12 april i got the watch only after 14days(as commited by the company ) the watches are good and very stylish espicially the dial looks very good and the polaroid camera (i733) is a steal at such a low price it rocks thanks DEALS4ALL for such good products
