Kindly refer my various mails and your conversation on landline, you may go back on your word and take advantage of a customer, but a disgruntled customer can also showcase your services on a medium like blogs,referrences,webposts.

if you have had morals you would not have propogated a useless product for almost 10k and made me send twice for replacements. That itself shows how sincere you were when you had sent the same mobile first time and second time sending same model when i explained how useless this model was.

i shall act now , as i have every right to seek what is due for my money.

i had purchased 3 i-mate jama phone from deals4all their servivce is too good get every thing via sms be it the order no or the awb no all on the phone just too good service and the packing also good not faced any problem yet

I have purchased one camera model Poloroid X530 digital camera SR.@ Rs. 3685/= through S.B.I Credit card. Unfortunately the same was received in non- working condition, hence it was sent to your office immediately, for replacement by courier on 23/4/2008 at my own cost i.e. Rs.416/=.

I very much regret to inform u that, the said replacement is not received till date, in spite of contacting your office over phone several times. Whenever I contacted your office I was forced to wait for nearly half an hour and the replies were far from satisfactory.


It may please be noted that the instalment for the above purchase has already commenced from my credit card. In short I’ m paying for the goods which is not with me but with you.

Anticipating yours most urgent attention towards my grievance .

I ordered for a giordano watch 5 months back to the deals4all, and my order No. is[protected], the amount towards this product has been deducted from my sbi cards immediately after the order but till today the product has not been dispatched to me. I dont understand what they are doing with public money. I have decided to go to the consumer court.
I am heavily confused on seeing the various comments of the online purchasers that they were suffered a lot after getting the products due to infereior quality as against advt. or other or getting poor response when approaching for replacement etc. Is it worth buying without seeing the goods and its quality nature but the amount deducted in our card account instantaneouly...?
Lots of suffering. I spent Rs 9000 (which is half of my monthly salary) in buying a Hyudni mobile phone from deals4all offered through SBI card. I recieved the stuff and went off only on second day and now it is a waste in my showcase. I dont know how to proceed further.
God help me.

I ordered an imate mobile phone from deals4all through my SBI card. I came to know that the phone has battery problem. I rang them and told them that I am cancelling the order. Meanwhile they sent the phone by courier. Till date I did not accept the consignment. But deals4all have already debited my account. Theya re not refunding the money for a product that I haver not taken delivery.

Please share your experience from dals4all particularly the imate phone.

hey guyzz i had ordered an i-mate phone frm deals4all nearly 2 mnths back . their delivery period is bad . they cannot deliver on time but their product quality is very very very good . esp the i-mate. mr menon the phone is wrkin fine till now without ne battery problem yet. so i tell u that u accept the parcel nd experience the awesome phone i-mate . so cheers
I made a purchase of giardano watch through sbi cards on 28/12/2007. The amount has been deducted from my card. But till today the product has not been dispatched to me. when enquired to the sbi they are asking me to contact deals4all. when I ask the deals for all they are telling that my amount has been reversed back to my accouct. But nothing has happened. Deals4all is a bogus company, cheating all the customers.

I was trying to reach you guys on the number provided to me[protected] to know the status of my order, I was kept on hold for 30mins to get connected to the customer care executive but no one answered.

Ihad bought the following products and found them defective and misleading.
1. GE Designer serices cordless phone-It does not have any of the features mentioned in the catlouge it is totally misleading and cheating on the customers like me.

2.Aqua Dual Im Phone X6 Its battery does not hold the charge formore than one hour and the charger is also defectivealways showing showing warning sign.

with regards to the above i had made personal STD calls and spoken and conyed my proble to the following personsMrMs VINODJAMESRESHMA and of no use .In the circumstances I request u refund my money and take back the defective products which are of no use to me.

DEALS4ALL — FRAUD by DEALS4ALL & CITI BANK

Dear Sir
I am Citi Bank credit card user. As routine with monthly amount due statements for Credit card company Citi Bak, As an Citi Bank consumer they in tie up with deals4all sent me discounted offer for purchasing mobile phone in the month of February 2009. This offer was from company named deals4all with toll free numbers to place an order[protected],[protected], paid phone numbers as[protected],[protected]. So on 27 Feb 09 I had placed an order for 2 Cordless phone for Rs.2650 & a Watch Rs.600/-paying through credit card on installment basis. Company deals4all gave me their purchase order number as[protected] &[protected] and had promised to send the product within 3-4 days.

On 02.03.209 I received a SMS massage from the Company that your order is shipped through AFL AWB [protected] & AFL AWB [protected] &the same you should receive 3-4 days & for status you can check the www.aflwiz.com. Imedialy I checked the site & there was no info for said consignment & AWB No’s was wrong.After 4-5 days when I contected at Local Office of Courier company they said its wrong consignment number.

I had tele conversation with customer service department whose paid service phone number is[protected] on 6th Mar-09 to confirm receival of product ordered, i was replied that the product has been ordered and will reach in to your residential address within 8 to 10days. After that I am continue calling on the above number but there is no response the tele line on hold for more than 30-45 mintue every time.I have sent three mails on the email id [protected]@deals4all.com but all bounced back, I seriously doubtful that company is a fraud & making people fool with Citi Bank

Kindly help me, My card is already swaped and I am not sure whether company DEALS4ALL promoted by Citi Bank Card Division exist or is just a telephonic blunder company fooling public like me. I will be grateful if you help me through this deal.
I had ordered for a digital camera on 12th March 09 thru an online booking and after the booking was given a reference number[protected]. I had read about this companies fraud and the next day called in to Citi Bank to stop payment. I was informed that the amount has been already debited ie., within 1 working day of ordering. Something told me that the bank has a sort of tie up with the merchant as they were giving me excuses for not cancelling and had asked me to download a form from their site and send it to their helpline. I have sent 5 mails to the merchante from 13th March 09 till 2nd April 09 writing about the issue, but only standard message I got was it would take 10-15 days time. Today I recieved a message that awbxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx in Blue dart has been shipped and when I tracked this AWB does not exist. I have tried reaching their mumbai contact number but in vain. Citi Bank is not taking a 15 years relationship customer even after providing the Tpin to cancel, but is entertaining the billing of the fraud merchant. I have been informed that my credit card cannot be canclled unless payment is made, a sheer harassment from the Bank. I have requested them to take my complaint, they are quoting process. I wish I get support in taking both the merchant and the reference bank to "Customer Redressal Forum" and I definitely need support, so that such a situation does not arise for others. Can anyone, please help with regard to handling this legally thru customer redressal forums.

I have purchased one MOBILE AQUA DUAL SIM.@ Rs. 2790/= through S.B.I Credit card on March 2009 & the same was recd me on 10.04.2009. Today I called customer care as per his guidance I am sending my mobile for repair / replacement without battery, USB cord alongwith hard copy of this message.

Never Purchase any item from deals 4 all
after sale services is very poor
and u can not rely on deals for all products
if any problem regarding product
u have to wait on customer care no at least 1/2 hours
so think and deiced
i have purchase moble last 3 month before
I am an unhappy customer of Deals4all.
I bought a Poloclub watch which was a very bad quality product.
The polo cloub travel set is also very low quality.

DO NOT GET INTO DEAL WITH DEALS4ALL
Deals4all is a company running for making money. No doubt ther services are bad which gives a fishy outlook. but based on my experience, Deals4all tries to have tieup with all major credit card holders to give special offers (very tempting) to so credit card holders. The customer feels priveledged to have a very cheap bargain for good feature packed products & falls into their trap. We all know what happens next... long waiting on customer care lines, delivery problems, additional hidden costs in the name of taxes ( octroi...etc), irresponsible behavior, poor product quality..etc.
Basically they have spoiled thier brand name trying to make a quick buch with sub-standard products & services. The irony is that the credit card companies are mostly unaaware oth the customers plight & so i feel it is our moral duty to inform the credit card companies about this. Awareness is the best solution. Once all the creit companies black list this deals4all then they can no more do fraud.
I fought for an undelivered product by deals4all with my credit card company for 65 days & finally they had to revert back my transaction amount without a single paisa of interest. They even blacklisted deals4all & refused to support any further promotional offers by deals4all. So all of you out there fighting with deals4all i suggest you concentrate on fighting with your credit card company instead, Usually the credit card company has a rule (terms & conditions ) that if deals4all does not deliver a product within 8 days of transaction then it has to revert back the customers payment & order stands cancelled. Dont give up & try to fight on this point till you get positive results. & never pay the credit card bill if product is not received. As per rules they cannot force you to pay for undelivered product.
Sir, I require my friends latest dues statement urgently as they want to go for settlement of their car loan Account Number ; CEJ[protected] . Please do it fast. Also provide the closer amount after providing complete concession. They have suffered huge looses and are not in a position to pay installments, Please please help them out.
Please send the all the papers directly through post to their adress or on mail. Please don’t send the papers through local people because they don’t want to get harassed any further. They were harassed to a level that they had decided to commit suicide.
We have already given a written complaint to the police authorities regarding this.
Since you are humans with heart and we can expect help in this connection from your side.
They are very good, helpful, human beings and are in real distress Please please help them.
