[Resolved]  Deccan Properties Urban Woods — Refund Money Status Or compensate with Giving Approved sites

Your explanation seems to justified, but I have some concerns. I am fortunate enough not to register any land from you but was thinking the same. So story about bangalore is like this:
You have on office in KR Puram, where is office no body could know where is it, except he came to you before.
You would not find any accountable person in office, a lady you will see sitting at reception and she will keep in changing at your every visit. Infact if you will go to office at an interval of one month you will see whole staff will change. You will not find any accountable person to talk for. You have issued some checks to refund the to some persons, and those got bounced.
You have signed some contacts to the customers, and you cant escape saying you are running out off money etc, first thing is that a accountable person have to be there to clarify the issues with customer. For me it seems that there is some fraud going on and I would not suggest any body to registered any land from Deccan properies. If anybody is thinking that he paid so called 30% initially and he should pay rest of money to get atleast occupation of land then you would be mistaken and may be, you will end up loosing you all the money instead of 30%.

If you are genuine then can you provide the contact details of the director named Goutam. I had myself logged in to put a complaint of the attitude and the cheating nature of Deccan Properties, but saw your comments saying you are making efforts, so prove it.

Give us Goutham's contact details and permament address (because right now all we know is a company where the receptionist sits, and the receptionist itself does not know how to reach Goutam because this so called Goutham has his cell unreachable always).

Same is the case with me. I booked for a land near Chennai with deccan properties and paid the advance amount of 3 laks I live in USA. And almost after a year, we received a communication from them informing that they were not able to get necessary government approval for that property. They issued cheques for the refund of advance with interest. We then deposited the cheque but they were bounced. After that we tried to contact Deccan properties, but no responsible answers given. No one replied for the several emails we sent.Never was able to reach Venkat Goutham the MD.The lady in the office gave this as his mobile number,[protected], but he never answers any call. And during our recent visit to India, we personally went their and after so much of struggle and wait and wasting so much precious time, we met Venkat Goutham. Then he issued us 2 more post dated cheques for that amount, but now even those cheques were bounced. This is ridiculous and total fraud and cheating. Because of such nasty people like him, all NRIs will be relunctant to buy properties in India. These kind of cheaters should never be spared and am sure their will be some Indian authorities who can look in to this issue and help us.I assume the CM has a cell for handling these kind of people cheating NRIs. Trying to get more details on this.Will post it If i get those info.

Same here. Add me also to the victim list. Though the initial downpayment I made was not 10% of the land value, still it is quite a money for me. As experienced by all, none of my calls were answered. After lot of struggle and fighting we received post dated cheque which when deposited was not cleared. We are yet to hear from Mr. Venkat Goutam.

I too am facing problems. Me and my Brother in Law invested a sum of 6.3 Lacs with Deccan Properties (Urban Woods), but now se no prospect of recovering the money in the near future. Also, they promised to register the sites as farm land in our names, but even that does not seem to be happening.

I understand your point, but in 2 years no communication was sent to the customer. Why does the customer email / call not responded properly. If Mr Gautam really as guts why he doesn't faces the customer. If he really professional and has courage to run a sucessful business organization he should come out from underground and talk to the customers directly. Customers should be ready to give him time. Everyone invested for Land and no one wanted the money. If you are really fair why don't you conduct a meeting with all the customer in Chennai.

People are demanding the money as no single status reporting was done from your end. What is the status of the approval. I am not sure whether Deccan Properties are still interested in the Daffodils project. If Yes what is the status...is the project still on...

I had been to their office in Bangalore, but for me it looks like they are in the process of winding up. I dont see any employees, all the cubes were empty and there was just that one lady in the reception, an specialist expert in telling lies. I dont think Decan Properties are interested in any of their projects. Most of the people who come their were asking for refunds of their money. As you had said they dont reply to emails or return any of the calls. I don think Mr.Gautham is interested in settling any ones dues properly, he just gives cheques and later bounces them. He is a cheater without any heart and consiousness, living happily with the hard earned money of people like us. He eats everyday with our money and he wears dresses from our money, I cant understand how people can be so shameless.If he has kids, the tragedy would be his kids has to pay a price for all the sins he is commiting.Sooner or later he or his kids would be punished by GOD for all the mis deeds he is doing.
