Deccan Properties Urban Woods Complaints & Reviews

I booked a 60x40 and 30x50 site at Urban Woods July 2007, so far Deccan Properties have neither given the refund or the property. They have cheated close to 150 Urban Wood customers. Gautam is a big cheat and is never available at his office or phone since 2 years now. All Urban Woods customers should get together and file a case against him and his company....

The pupil who has posted complaints in this site has been given options to take approved sites.We are now trying to sort the issue by giving sites(Urban Woods Phase II) which is 7kms away from the Urban Woods Phase I.And for refunding the money we have asked time.Pupil using filthy words is going to become more difficult for us to sort the issue because by spreading complaints in the WEB.Every Real Estate is in the same shape when it comes...
