[Resolved]  Defence — issue duplicate PPO

Dear Sir,
I am Ex- Naik No[protected]P Pandya Dixitkumar Hariharbhai retired from signals 30th June 2004. My last PPO NO S/048879/2005 DT 06 MAY 2005 received main Branch of SBI, Mandvi, Vadodara but I am not receive the same copy of PPO. In Main Branch of SBI, Mandvi & its Gorwa branch lost my PPO and till date its amount is not credited in my account. So, many letter send to CDA Allahabad and PAO (OR) Signals Jabalpur but duplicate PPO is not yet receive. Reply from CDA Allahabad lost of PPO certificate require then I was already send the lost of PPO certificate through Main Branch of SBI, Mandvi in 2005. But till date PPO copy is not receive. Pls send my above PPO copy to me for further action and intimate the SBI, I. E. Branch, Gorwa to credit the same amount in my account.
