[Resolved]  Delhi Jal Board — Dirty Smelly Water | Area Balbir Nagar Extension

Dear Sir/Madam
I have come to know t through NBT Helpline will help me in lodging my complaint against non-supply of drinking water since 20th October, 2014. Sir, I am a senior citizen and a resident of V-210, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi, but now fed up from Delhi Jal Board officials about their non reluctant behavior. Since 20th October, 2014, I am not getting drinking water. First of all, I thought my motor has some problem and called the plumber to check, he told me that motor was okay and changed the Pherool connected to the main pipeline and then the plumber told me that the main pipeline is dry and no water is coming from main source. From that day I made several complaints to Delhi Jal Board on phone number [protected] (Mr. Keshvanand) and [protected] (Mr. Prem Nath Misra, J.E.), they always listened to me but could not rectify the problem till date i.e. 4th November, 2014. You are requested to please look into the matter and take necessary steps to rectify the water problem as soon as possible.

Iam a resident of S5 A block private colony Sriniwaspuri New Delhi 65. From past 20 days we are supplied with stinky dirty lush black water which to seems to come from a sewer. And we are living in a pathetic condition. We are tired of complaining to local authorities as well as DELHI JAL BOARD HEAD OFFICE.
Please help because we can do nothing but request you.

I am a resident of D- 248 phase-1, sector -3 Dwarka pappan kala, new Delhi -10078

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the drinking water problem in our area from last six years. It is causing troubles. People are suffering a lot. No serious attention is being paid to it despite many complaints.
Drinking water problem has created many complication such as we do not have sufficient water for drinking, cooking food and for other work. Supply of fresh water is a dream of all the residents of this area, but till date we are not getting it. In these days water is coming in pipe line but highly dirty and smelly water from past one week which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some dead bodies. I think that our water pipe line get damage and sewage water line get mixed with it.so, I request you to kind installed a new water pipe line. Kindly take this matter seriously and take a best step as soon as possible before it get too late.

महोदय नव भारत टाइम्स ऑफ़ इंडिया आपसे विनम्र निवेदन यह कि हमारी गली में 10 -12 दिनों से पानी कि एक बून्द भी नहीं आ रही हैं, और पूरी गली में पानी के लिए हा हा कार मचा हुआ हैं हमने जल बोर्ड के सभी अधिकारियो और कर्मचारियोि और 1916 से भी शिकायत दर्ज कि है और ये बात अब कि नहीं है बल्कि २ सालो से संघर्ष करते चले आ रहे है, अभी तक हमे संतोष इस प्रकार से था कि रोज रात को 11 बजे 15 -20 मिनट तक पानी आता था पर कुछ दिनों से वो भी नहीं आ रहा है हमने पिछले 2 साल से विधायक मोहन सिंह बिष्ट और दिल्ली जल बोर्ड के आला अफसरों को इस समस्या के बारे में समय समय पर प्रार्थना पत्र के द्वारा अवगत कराया है पर वो हमें हर बार जूठे आस्वाशन देकर घर भेज देते थे और अंत में हमें निराशा के अलावा कुछ हाथ नहीं लगा है, इसलिए आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि हमारी समस्या का समाधान करते हुए हमारी इस प्रार्थना पत्र को प्रकाशित करे .

Not cleaning of Gutter - Wazirabad Village, Street No. 12 (Shiv Mandir)

Sir/Madam

The Safai Karmchari cleans only the main gutter of Shiv Mandir Gali, Street No. 12, Wazirabad Village. The sub-streets of Shiv Mandir Gali galis are perpetually dirty and unclean. The safai wala is never interested to clean these sub-galis.

Please forward my complaint to concerned authority so that necessary instructions are issued to safai walas for cleaning and upkeeping these sub-streets of Shiv Mandi Gali, Street No. 12, Wazirabad Village.

Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one Month which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some dead bodies. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalised.
We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that WE ARE DELHITIES

the same problem has to be faced by us in Gali no. 04, south ganesh nagar, dheeraj block., Dehlhi .110 092.. Whenever there is overflow / jam in the sever line, mostly this problem arise. It has been complaint with the department, They try to clear the sever line with the bamboos khapchee but after few days this problem against repeats. The soakng machine is required but never the same has been used. Moreover, it seems there is some conjunction of both lien of drinking water & sever line. The authorities are requested to solve the problem permanently. Lot of drinking water has to used to clear the domestic drinking water storage tanki. Unnecessary the meter moves that turns in to amount in the billing.

It smells like it comes from some dead bodies. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalised. Even the children are getting stomach infections due to this

We are residents of 5c17 new Rohtak road we are facing very bad bad problem of severage water in our drinking water pipe giver a very foul smell please do take an action and do the needful I have already complained to Delhi Jal Board jhandewala last year but they give no ear. Regards.sapnasuri

I, Arun Kumar Mehta am resident of 75-B, Single Storey Ramesh Nagar. Despite Repeated requests even to MLA Mr. Shiv Charan Goel . Promising every time, the problem is recurring. There is only assurance but no solution for the dirty water mixing from the Gatar. It is once again requested to resolve the problem. or else send medical team to resolve health and liver infection.
