[Resolved] Delhi Passport Office — Passport not received since dec'2010

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Nitin Kumar and my Passport File Reference number is Z042019. I have applied for passport in Dec 2010 and my all varifications and necessary formalities has been done since long time still my status is same showing on website.They have not updated the status yet. It's been more than one year but I have not received my passport. I went passport office(Bhikaji cama Place) so many times but every time they says that my verification has been done and passport is in under process and I will recieve it within 10-15 days, but still I am waiting for it from long time. Its very difficult for a common man to leave his job and spend entire day in the queue and finally they will give the same answer. I have written so many mails but no action taken yet. I would request you to please look into this issue. I will be great thanfkul to you.

I do agree with the complaints. I also applied for the passport on 20 October 2011 and my application no is A066829. I am a central Govt employee. I send 3 complaints on E-mail for delay but still I am without the pasport. As per charter, it should have been delivered within one month. This is the state of Govt employee having completed all the requirements. Dhian Singh Rana
