This is for your information here in KAWAS PATIA every day power problem faced and every time your RANDER DGVCL Office said to me there is in your area wire cut or feeder problem
i don't want to hear such excuse i want only see the result. problem is face from your side and we have to suffer in our business
give us to proper solution otherwise we launch the complain in consumer forum.

Your site www.dgvcl.com for online payment of bills is not opening.Please check it out and rectify the problem so that we dont have to run to your office and stand in long queues for bill payment.

I observed that your portal, subheading 'Online Payment" rarely open.As you are welcome e-Age by accepting latest technology to avoid Queue @ paper work than you should be rectify the problem as early as possible Please Reply & Open this site.

This is really very shameful that people have to run to DGVCL offices to pay the bills just because the online payment option is not working at all...
DGVCL has to rectify it at the earliest for their consumers sack of conviniency.

online payment site is not working at all. discussed with customer care they told server down. But for the last two weeks really the server is down or what. Kindly look into the matter and rectify the problem at the earliest.

Dear sir we have huge problem of passing power cable of geb very closer through our house. It's heavy risk of electrical shock for our family. we are always afraid of our childrens and family members for risk of getting electrical shock so please Sir we request you to solve this problem and please remove this power cable from our houses..
