[Resolved]  Disha Direct — Fraud & Cheaters

Disha Direct is a Real Estate Marketing Companyof Repute. It is been marketing First City since 23rd February 2010 and has not been associated with the project First City at MIHAN, Nagpur before this date. Hence there is no question of the complainant having dealt with Disha Direct or Mr.Santosh Naik or Shyamsunder 2 years ago as claimed by the anonumous complainant. We deny this allegation as a white lie and condemn the intention of the complainant. We have always maintained since February 2010 that the project will take 36 months for completion.

Disha Direct - A real estate marketing company is the biggest fraud real estate company in India. Santosh Naik is a cheater folowed by his accociates Shyam Sunder. I had booked a flat with them in their First City Nagpur project 2 years back.The project is yet to be completed & I get false commitments everytime that I will get possesion in 3 months.

Yes even I got a similar response from their Beumonte Project, also called New Mahabaleshwar by Disha Direct.

We booked plot in Beaumont Project in New Mahabaleshwar, we have good experience from Disha Direct. We got our refund money.

booked a plot in Medows project in Tamhani Ghat 2 years back even registered at subregistrars office but have not received 7/12 in my name till today, every time I call Disha direct office at Thane they give new reasons every time

I also booked plot in New mahabaleshwar project 4 years ago.
But still there is no positive response from disha direct.

We booked a flat in Disha Direct's Ashtavinayak, Pali project, launched in 2012. We were supposed to get the possession by 2015 December. However, till now they have not yet completed even 2nd slab. ( Wonder is they have taken money for stamp duty registration and money till 2nd slab completion !!!)
We are now totally fed up continuously following following up with their non-efficient team. We don't think so they are having any intentions to give the possession by this year also. This is like wastage of our money.
Also, one thing we observed that every time the person who is handling about this project is leaving the company. If Disha Direct is not even capable of paying money to their employees, how they will be able to do such kind of big projects? ?
After reading all the above responses for different types of their projects, we are now sure that Disha Direct is literally cheating people and should be banned from market.
If anyone has invested in the above said project, pls give your valuable feedback. We are now thinking of putting complaint against Disha Direct in Consumer court for cheating in this project and will try to get our money back.

In 2011 my father in law had taken plot in "Wellness City" Taluka Shahpur, Dist.Thane. During our initial meetings Disha Direct gave glossy picture about providing all the amenities at site. However even after 6-7 years they have not even provided basic necessities like road, water, electricity, security. There are instances of robbery & we have lost valuables. In spite of lot of follow up, we didn't get any response from DISHA Direct & builder Shri Krishna Constru Well. This is ridiculous. DISHA direct is fooling people & taking their hard earn money.

employee ko salary bhi nahi deta hain 3 se 4 month kam karwata hain aur baad main salry bhi nahi deta hain.

My son in law has invested in Beaumont and farm village in new Mahableshwar in the Disha direct company and full amount was paid, neither the plots is register on his name nor getting money back.
