Can anyone update me on the status of DLF express Greens Project ?

Is this blog still open? I would like to make comments on latest EDC/IDC demand by DLF

I had booked an apartment in express greens. I paid rs. 5 lakhs as booking amount . Then I was advised not to pay any more as the project was suspect. I had stopped paying and then I was informed that the booking amount will not be refunded which for a retired person is a substantial amount. Is there any forum I can approach for a refund as the project is delayed and according to some of you the location has also been changed.this is really an unfair practice that DLF is following. Kindly advice.

I too booked a flat ( 1845 sq feet) way back in 2009, but after having paid 90%, status of project is not known. There is absolutely no response from DLF. Please advise way forward...YP Singal

It is June, 2014 and I have no update on when I will get possession of the apartment at DLF Express Greens! DLF people LIE every time about the status of the project and just keep giving me the run-around!!!


I will NEVER BUY from DLF again!!!

Hi, is this group still active ? Express Greens project has got stuck again due to a high court stay order. Are people aware of this?

I booked an independent floor in Express Green.
When I spoke to DLF office last week, I was informed of a court case and stay on any activities at Express Green
DLF otherwise has been in communicative on this whole affair. No details were provided.

Looks like, your money is blocked for a good time friends.

Is there a real estate company in India, that can be trusted?????

Today I received a letter from DLF, giving intimation about the stay, which they are going to challenge in High Court. However I do not understand which authority has given Completion certificate for multi- story apartments &how? Because when we visited Manesar site of DLF last month, work had stopped due to court orders & non of the apartment was ready for handing over. Clubhouse & other facilities were yet to come up. Can any one explain the minimum requirement for giving completion certificate.

Hello, this project is screwed up big time. It is better to get out of the property even if someone offers 50L to 60L for 3 BHK.

The project is struck up in legal cases. If the tide turns in favour of the project huge gains are expected !!! Till then it is just wait and watch situation.;).

Don't fall pray to the property brokers who will make big time money by buying at discounted prices from distressed sellers!!!.

Can any one tell me the latest on Express Greens Litigation case? Have the people gone to the court to get the refund? I need advice.

Case resolved - DLF have won ... we should now chase for the occupation.

Even if DLF has won the case OC will take more than 3 years as basic amenities like water, electricity setup take time. As these facilities are not in place HC has put a stay order on giving OC to such apartments.

We, finall getting physical possession on May 21st, 2015. Till the time we get Meters for electricity, the same will be provided by DLF through DG backup 'free' of cost! I am super excited to get my apartment!
