My name is Sumit Gupta & my address is B/82,Adarsh Heritage,Off.marve road,malad(w),Mumbai-400064.I receive 4-5 couriers daily on this address from Delhi & Gurgaon .Inspite of being a regular customer of your’s ,when your courier boy named Malik came on 5/02/2008 & because I was not well I was sleeping in afternoon I just got 2-3 mins late in opening the door.For this reason when I took the paper from him hurriedly to sign thinking that he might be getting late,he told me that kya hua dimaag kharaab hogaya hai kya (what happened?have you gone mad?).
Further when I complained about this to your goregaon office in Mumbai to Uday no:[protected] someone else who was talking on behalf o[censored]day gave me a very shocking reply in a very ill-mannered & cheap language saying that you must have only told him something ,our boys are not that kind of people & still if you wish discontinue our service.
When your executives at the office talk in this way what can we expect from your delivery boys?
