Dear Sir,
It is the matter of great concern to inform you that one of my document couldn't reach at my given address finally.It was sent from Puri (Orissa) to reach at my office address, i.e TCS, Newtown, Kolkata-700156. On that envelope, my mobile & land line number were given, so that courier people may contact me, if they can't find the address. Unfortunately, neither they called up me nor the letter returned...

I had posted one document file to FCCPT, USA on 23.11.10 on speed post from Madurai tallakulam post office. The Reg.No. is ET[protected]IN. It has not been delivered to the above said address till now. I couldnt able to track it & know the detail.If known pl send the detail to my mail...

First time when i sent a courier from dwarka-12, delhi on 1st week of july'08, they didnt deliver my document on said address neither they return to sender address....& also they didnt return my money.

Second time when i sent a courier from dwarka-12, delhi on 16/02/10, they delivered the document but two days late... they said it was fault of their agency...what i have to do with it, that is our service problem not...

Dear Sir,
I have mailed an important document on speed post from Okhla Ph-3 to Una,Himachal Pradesh, at address Rajkumar,Room - 1 Rest house near army canteen,Una on Dtd.16/01/10 and
haven't been delivered till date.The packet instead of delivering in Una was delivered to Shimla.
Such is the pathetic condition of this service.Some of the staff neglected and misbehaved on phone.
