Please find attached photo of auto rickshaw with driver,

I was catching rickshaw from outside of dombivli west railway station, one of auto rickshaw driver was refusing to take me as he don't want to take Bhada for the my destination which is near bahmghshala maidan, hardly 800 meter.

I ask him why don't you take passenger if you have stand outside of dombivli west railway staion and there is no particular designated stand.
Then, He replay me it's my choice, I don't want to go there and do what you wants to do.

It's really not acceptable in the city like dombivli, there are also so many old age people searching for auto.

My kind request to you please give some lessen to such driver so that commutator will not get trouble further

Hello team, I m attaching a photo of auto who not only charged us over the price but also started abusing when I denied to pay…. My home is hardly 1 km from Dombivli station for which he was asking 30 rs. When I informed him that I shall complaint he started abusing me and my mother with bad words.

I hope my this complaint will be taken seriously and I will feel safe in my own town.

Got a rickshaw at Icon Hospital dated 26/08/2023 @ 5.40pm.Driver illegally asked 40 rs fare for station and denied caring 3 passengers. Auto registration number MH-05 DQ 9135

Rickshaw drivers are openly threating the residence of our building and telling us to do whatever we want to and that they won't stop even when repeatedly asked to they're smoking cigarettes and burning wood alongside garbage near our house which is next to two schools.
They even challenged us the even official authorities can't do anything and told us to lodge a complaint and that it would be pointless.
Please Kindly do something about this issue as they are even violating the rickshaw stand limit.

A specific auto driver misbehaved with me as soon as he dropped me off. He was asking for more money instead of actual charges. After I asked him to return my money, he started misbehaving & cursing me. STRICT ACTION IS EXPECTED AGAINST HIM. AUTO Number - MH 05 DQ 1395

Mh05 BG3304 Charged 20 rupees extra from dombivili station to my residence. No meter used. Charged extra, misbehaved, no licence was there of driver. All autos charge minimum fare till my residence, this auto driver did not inform me about fare beforehand, neither did they use a meter.

In lockdown Auto fare was increased to Rs.15 per person in dombivli west from station because 2 persons were allowed, now when everything is normal, autorickshaw is taking 4 persons and still charging Rs.15 per person & even petrol had lowered down.. even we are common people earning money by putting efforts. The rate should come back to normal at Rs.10 from station to Ganesh nagar is Rs 15 & from Navapada to station is also Rs.15 which is hardly 2-3 min distance.
It is really not fare.

Today, April 14 2022, I traveled by auto in the morning from Patharli road to Omkar international school. And he charged me 40 rupees. General auto fare is 30 rupees. Driver was very arrogant please ask him to pay fine for double charge.

Fare was overcharged to us on 25th march @9.15pm
Travelled on 1.6kms he charged me ₹60 instead of ₹40.
I told me for complaint he mentioned as
" jaha complaint krna he karlo
jaha foto dena he dedo
mera bhi foto lelo
paisa to ₹60 hi lunga."

MH05 CG 4816 this rikshaw no. Which has no change of 100rs and he did bad language on me plz take action aginst him or I will file compained in court

Riksha no MH 05, DL6621.
Local change from divichowk to dombivali west Station is 10rs but riksha driver charged as 15rs per person. No any legal notification given about increasing charge also driver badly used bad words about me and my lower caste. Please take note on this, this is not today happened daily it is happening with senior citizens, ladies, and children.

Auto-rickshaw from Dombivli station East to Manpada, taking 4 seats and charging Rs 30/- per seat in evening time. They threaten and harass passengers who oppose this. Initially they were talking 2 seats only ( Rs 30/seat. Last 2-3 days, they are taking 4 passengers (1 next to driver) and charging same amount. Traffic police is not taking any action.

Due to Covid they have increased the fares due to 2 passengers in one Rickshaw, it a good precautions but they are very harsh when there 3 member of same family, doesn't allow us and say only two persons.
I didn't understand what the reason behind it. But i assume it's just the trick of earning money and saying time.
Request u to please take some necessary action against it.

Auto drivers in Dombivli are charging Rs.20per seat and over charging us . Pl look into it

Dombivli rickshawalas don't use meters and charge fares like bomb even for short distances and it should be stopped. Metre system should be brought in Dombivli asap.

In Dombivili some Rickshawala are allowing all seats including side seat of Driver. They are charging 20 per seat for every Passenger (20X4). Before Covid the Charge was only 10 ₹ per seet. I have taken photo of one such Rikshaw which i boycotted.

It takes 8 rupees from dombivli station to agarwal hall by share auto. But today when i gave 50 rupees to driver he charged rupees 10 for each person. He refused to give me change when i demanded. Number plate mh 05 bg 8728. Auto rickshaw drivers charge money as of their own wish because they know that passengers don't have any alternative way to travel in dombivli.

We suffer a lot to get auto for star colony still we stand in line to follow the rules which has been created by auto union or police what is the use of that sometimes we have to stand for 3 hours please solve this problem as people come from office and they get frustrated over here otherwise only solution is to this is not to make a line for the auto

The autorickshaw drivers at the rickshaw stand at internal road between balaji aangan and mangeshi dazzle always refuse ferry to dombivili. The refusal can be because their vehicles are without permit or as they dont have the required documents. The rickshaw walas don't have the choice to refuse any ferry. They always deny going to dombivili station. There are complaints of them that they overcharge too.

I have today taken photos of number plate of 3 autorickshaws who inspite of being in the stand refused ferrying to dombivili station. The vehicle numbers are mh 05 dl 8604, mh 05 dz 2663, mh 05 dl 4176. This needs to be brought into the notice of the concerned authorities.

Every day i m travelling from shivaji chawk to dombivali station via share auto where they charge rs 25
Now days speciali in evening all auto riksha driver stop there riksha & wait for increased queue after increased queue one by one they come & pick passengers of xperia mall & refuse to go shivaji chawk lodha heaven some time they charge rs 50 that time passengers have no choice to go xperia & than walk to shivaji chawk which was far distance it is very painful journey for senior citizens & ladies but dombivali rto had no time to see that problem if they do there wok properly no any auto driver behave roude
I m requesting dombivali rto please look in to the matter also i m requesting kdmc please increase bus from dombivali station to nilje

If some humanity live in rto & kdmc office’s definitely that will work🙏

Today we caught auto from Ramnagar Railway Station to Sangeetawadi. I had to take milk and Bhajiyas for takeaway which hardly took seconds. Hence I asked the auto driver to hault for a min twice. Second time the auto driver was very disrespectful he said in marathi "ja ikdun, sarkha sarkha thambnar nahi" (walk from here auto won't hault again & again). I asked him I want to go a little further but he said go go walk from here. I took a picture of his auto and I am putting this complaint right here. His auto number is
MH 05 DL 0619. Please take strict actions against him.

The fare from dombivali station to gandhi nagar is 9 rs but today morning when i gave 10 rs to auto driver he refuse to gave 1rs back. The all customer were telling that the fare is 9 rs but he gave rudly answer to the customer. We will complaint on this, he said do whatever you want. Auto number - mh 05 z 4957.
Hope some action will be taken on that auto driver.

Just because rickshaw drivers earn around 40 rs by share based trips they have started to ask rs 40 for direct trips which is supposed to be rs 30 for the trip from dombvili station to p and t colony i faced many of such cases but today one rickshaw driver was acting arrogant on this part to give rs 40 only reg no. Mh 05 s 9263. Please take strict action to resolve this issue and make meters compulsory. Strictly compulsory

The rickshaw drivers without concern with rto increased the sharing fare and now demanding rs. 2 /00 more and also taking 4 passengers instead of 3 and most of the rickshw drivers are not having badges or licences standing in front of dombivli stn.

The trafic cops are hand in glove with them and not doing anything for public who is getting harassed by this rickshaw hooligans.

Please make sure that these people with proper licenses and badges with proper guidelines should carry the passengers.

मी आणि माजी मुलगी 11 वर्षाची संध्याकाळी साधारण 7:00 वाजता डोम्बिवलि पच्छिम फुले रोड स्टॅण्ड वरून रिक्षा नंबर MH-05-BG- 3021 हा आहे.मला जायचे होते umeshnagar ला त्यांची रिक्षा स्टॅण्ड मधून लाइन मधून रिकामी पुढे आली मी विचारले ऊमेशनगर तर त्याने रीक्षा रिकामी असून नाही आणि म्हणाला गरीबांचा वाडा तेव्हा मी त्याला म्हणालो फुडच्या दोन रिक्षा वाडा आहेत तेव्हा तुम्ही उमेश नगर घ्या आणि त्याच वेळी अजून एक वयस्कर भाडे तेहि उमेशनगर होते ते बसे पर्यंत या उद्दाम रीक्षा चालकाने रिक्षा चालू केली आणी ते काका पडले असते.पण त्याला त्याची पर्वा नव्हती त्याला फक्त स्वतच्या मणाप्रमाणे भाडे तेही फक्त वाडा हवे होते.आणी त्याच्या रिक्षा वर मागे माजी स्वातंत्र्य सैनिक असे लिहिले होते.मी त्याला विचारले तुम्ही तर स्वातंत्र्य सैनिक आहात मग तुम्हाला समजले पाहिजे तुमचे कर्तव्य काय आहे.त्यावर त्याने मला अपशब्द बोलला आणी माज्या मुली देखत मला मला म्हणाला मी माजी रिक्षा बाजूला घेतो तुला काय करायचे ते कर.

In morning time around 7.35 am at tilak nagar char rasta i stopped one auto rickshaw. I asked him to drop me at guru mandir road. He told me that fare will be 30 rupees. I told me that is unfair as the right fare from there is 20 rupees. He abused me and told me to get out if i can't afford. Also he started abusing me unnecessarily. I am deeply shocked by this insensitivity and arrogance towards passenger. I would like to lodge official complaint about this.

Today morning around 10.05 i was taking my father (Age 84 yrs, walk with te help of walking stick) to doctor for follow-up check up from my residance sanghavi gardan, sagaon, manpada road... To... Herur eye hospital, phadke road, near ganpati mandir.
The rikshow fellow told that he will charge 80/- rs. I told normally it is 40-50 rs. And this is what we pay. He refues and say last 60/- rs. There is no meter system nor any rick fellow put it nor rto hv control on it. Rickshaw no is mh 05 bg 1624.
How can such people get punished by law?

In city like Mumbai all auto rickshaw fares are meter based but in Dombivli-Kalyan the fares are not meter based. Even the price charges are high as compared with mumbai. What is the reason for no proper pricing of auto rickshaws in Dombivli. Is it because of rickshaw driver lobby or politicians? Even the rickshaw driver takes four people in a rickshaw which is not legal still the RTO is silent.
