Domino's Pizza — complaint about the poor quality of pizza base.

we ordered one veg doubles on 20-sep-2013 from dominos, Deendayalpura Bareilly. The quality of pijja base is too poor to eat. Base is so hard and smelling that we can not eat. I complaint it and they promised to deliver same order when we required. but today when I asked them about that order, they refused to accept their promise. It hurts my feelings about Dominos.
