Its been 4 days now. No refund yet.
I am a regular customer at your restaurant especially Banani Branch Domino's Pizza, Bangladesh and I have never had any problems with your service in the past. Last night 12-may-2014 I have visited to your Dhanmondi Branch with my friends and received a super rude behave & bad service from the employees as well as the Manager of Domino's Dhanmondi Branch Dhaka which is beside “Simanto Square”. I am very surprise to get so unprofessional behave from the manager (A TALL BLACK GUY) of “Domino's Pizza". I felt to insult. We are so unhappy that we have decided to almost boycott Domino's...Their service & behave is extreme poor. Please let Domino's how you feel about this if you agree with me...

haven't received the food ordered
I ordered from dominos pizza a few hours back and I really wonder what is taking so long to deliver the only pizza i had ordered from Dominos Pizza .It is really irritating when the food isnt delivered.I am expecting a 100 % offOrder is not placed but debited from my account
I had ordered pizza .paid money through wallet.My order BillPaid for OrderBILLDESK Order #GPT[protected]Paytm Cash Txn ID [protected]-06-11 05:21:30 PM.After this Authentication Failed it shown and order is not placed .Debited amount from my account.please reversal amount to my account

I am from Kolkata, I tried to order online
pizza through Dominos website. Everything went fine and after confirmation of payment I saw the kitchen is in another district in W.B. I immediatly called that store and told the problem. They said that they will cancelling the order and will get refund in 15 days.
When I will get the refund, how much time it generally takes?????
