[Resolved]  Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospital. Anna Nagar — Poor Customer service and issuing of wrong power lenses

I visited Dr.Agarwal Eye Hospital on Sep 5th ,i did all of my eye testing and it seems my lens power got changed,i went to there optical and ordered new frame with corrective power ,after one week they given me the new glasses,but i am shock to see that the power which they put on the lens is changed and i could not able to read letters clearly with new frame,i raised this complaint to them and they sent to me Doctor to retest and this time Doctor told me like the power somewhat got changed last time,i was shocked to hear from this from repuated Eye Hospital.Once again i handed over the new frame to them and put proper lens with corrective power and finally i got the glassed by 21st sep.I have waited nearly more than 20 days to get a glasse from Agarwal Eye Hospital.To me frank i was really upset.It's better i could have checked my power with any local opticals.Concern people need to look into it.
