Complaint:
Today when i boarded a DTC bus from city bank bus stop, mahroli road ,gurgaon at 8:30 am , bus stopped at shyam chowk, driver let three passengers to deboard at 'Shyam chowk' but he closed the gate and did not let me get down.when i requested him to open the gate , he abused and said i will get late and then he opened the gate in between shyam chowk and shanker chowk.It caused me a lot of trouble .The behaviour of driver was very rude and abusing.
