[Resolved]  DTC Bus — Very poor service of Bus ROUTE NO. 116 and Drivers do not stop bus at bus stand

Sir/madam, I am a resident of Rohini, sector-16, Delhi-110089.I want to draw your kind attention towards very poor service of BUS ROUTE NO. 116 in this area and also bus drivers do not stop buses at the stand of rohini sector 16. The DTC Route No.116 and 133 buses are not available in peak hours, which results in great deal of inconvenience for the commuters. I am a student and today i missed my important exam just because of poor service and irresponsible behaviour of drivers of this route even they don't stop buses at bus stand.The bus service in this area of route no. 116 is like one or two in hour.You are requested to kindly look into the matter seriously & do the needful, so as the commuters thrusting upon the DTC operation won't get cheated.
