Hi,
I shipped my household goods and electronic appliances from Bangalore to Kerala on 27th Feb 2013. The shipment never reached Kerala until now, and when I tried to call the DTC representative for Bangalore (Satbir - [protected]) he never answers the phone. The consignor in Kerala received a call on 1st March 2013 from the DTC trunk driver that the shipment is withheld in the Karnataka-Kerala border and he requested us to send him a scanned copy of pan card to be provided to the police officials. But we didnt receive a call after that, neither did the shipment arrive in time. We were able to call this driver a couple of times and the answers he provided was contradictory. I am not sure what had happened to my shipment, it is very painful that this company provides such humiliating response and never considers customer's requests and they do not care to attend our calls after we have shipped the item.
