[Resolved]  DTDC — Complaint Against DTDC Courier Services

Hi i am suraj ahuja From Satnam Shoppe i have courier one mobile phone via DTDC courier From Kalyan To Kerala on 11th March 2016 Tracking No is V28504140 As per Tracking No product has been delivered on 15th March 2016 but as per customer he is not receive any product when customer was complaint to DTDC they say its may be delivered to wrong address i will tell u at evening i call so many to [protected] DTDC but they not recive my calls that kind of service you provide to the customer today date is 01/04/2016 then also product is not receive to the customer

I request to please do the need ful for this for any more information please call me [protected] this is my personal number

I send a courrier on 28th Mar 2012, even after 12 days it is nor delivered, DTDC seems to be a fake company, there no. 33004444 is also not responding. pls beware of such companies.

Hey its very bad company I have sent my courier through DTDC to Panipat and they told it will be reached within four days now its forth day and still it has not been reached and first of all they have given me wrong tracking number whenever I try to track it shows service unavailable and when I visited to their office Double road Umashankar was there and he told me that Tracking no is wrong and gave me new tracking no still its showing service unavailable and he told its in Chandigarh office and he was saying to me he knows my company owner and showing his power very much unprofessional people and after some time I called than I came to know its in Delhi office and now only i received a call It will be reached to Chandigarh office at 5:30 in the evening see what kind of people they are. Its really a fake company and its my original Passport look at the humanity and unprofessional people in this world.

My brother have booked the courier on 30/06/22015 packed with Samsung mobile model no: Samsung Galaxy Star Pro GT-S7262 (White)

In this regard, I would like to say that the my original mobile changed with this mobile model no. GT-C3312 by Mr. Manish Kumar, gHAZIABAD (DTDC).


The dialed number I have found and his name is Mr. Manish Kumar Ghaziabad DTDC Office.


The courier I have received on 2/07/2015 at 4:00 pm but the DTDC website show the courier has been received on 1/7/2015 at 12:30 pm.


So you are requested to kindly do the needful at the earliest, else we will lodged a FIR against the courier company with Mansish kumar with diaeld phone log evidance.
