i didnt get the proper step for cancellation of e-ticket

i have booked a ticket from katpadi to bhuvaneshwar the train has move on 26.5.2009 at katpadi but i was trying to cancel my ticket at 25.5.2009 9.00 pm i can able to cancel my ticket . i have got 781 ruppees loss. . The answer i received from customer care from chennai[protected] mam our train chart has been prepared so we cant able to cancel it. Then whats the use of cancelling before 4 hours. Give me a reply and claim our amount. Thankyou our PNR - [protected] STATUS. THANKYOU
