I booked a flight ticket from pune to Delhi on 13 Aug 2022 from travolook website of rs 3866 With Ref no -REF38405****. It was automatically cancelled and they mentioned the refund will be in 10-15 days. But still my money did not reflects in my account. I have booked a ticket and paid using my debit card, the payment gateway was paytmag. The ticket was cancelled because it is on waiting list but i didn't get my refund amount to my bank account.in irctc website it shows your refunded amount is credited in to paytmag bank please check about this i have not got my money till now in to my bank account. i purchased an e-ticket on[protected] vide pnr-[protected] for travelling satrachi (SRC) to digha (DGHA) on[protected]train No.15722). but the train was running with more than five (5) hours late. after that i cancelled the e-ticket on that day morning with the transaction id [protected] vide reference no.ekt[protected]. refund amount is still pending. kindly do the needful....

i tried to book my train ticket twice...everytime when i make payment,my money is taken from my account "debit card"..n still my ticket is not booked.. what am i supposed to do... Actually it is not a complaint rather it is a suggestion as far as tatkal e-ticket booking (reservation) is concerned. There should be a photograph on tatkal ticket and at the time of booling of the tatakl ticket on window the photograph of the person who is going to traval, has to be asked by the railway employee, so that the unauthorised travelling will be finished. but at the same time the TC has to be strict while checking the tatkal...

At march 23rd 2011 i booked the 2 nos of e-tickets through irctc using sbi debit cards, 1 nos of ticket booked successfully another one is failed but amount rs 1403 is debited from my account, from irctc side pnr number is alloted for me when the booking time. but now ticket not booked message is coming from irctc side b'coz they c'nt get payment from sbi, i d'nt know which side is problem...

There is politics going on with irctc website it always show from 8am till tatkal ticket bookin time i have even mailed but no actions are the mails was as follows:
I dont know why govt has given you privilage for online ticketing and
if online tatkal tickets cannot be processed then why have you kept
tatkal option on your website. I suppose it is just a way of making
people fool by IRCTC of booking tatkal tickets....

Its very frustrating I have booked reservation ticket of mine sis through ETICKET from guhawati to newdelhi.

I booked a ticket from Moradabad to Ambala Cantt on 25/01/2010 ON THE INTERNET in Amarnath Express (5653) but the transaction failed due to system fault at the IRCTC website. respected sir since the train no:792 on 31-oct-2008 at nagpur was delayed by more than 8 hours and since we had an emergency need to reach HYD we had tried to cancel the e-ticket.
