Please record my serious complaint against the cab driver who very bluntly refused to come to the pick up location and asked my wife to speak to the call center because he has got another pickup and WONT be able to come. They will rearrange for other cab..
Receiving this input when I spoke to the call center (Mr. Rahul) he mentioned that the cab was already assigned and was no change in route for the cab driver.
Now the most disgusting part of the experience - when I am seeing the website under "MY BOOKINGS" to my surprise it shows TRIP COMPLETED - which also shows that the whole organization is functioning unprofessionally - right from website system to drivers.
I am really disappointed by this level of pathetic service by a brand like EASY CABS and will ensure that this is highlighted in public forums or even consumer court unless there is strict action taken against the driver.
Only she knows what she had to go through walking all the way for half hour at midnight in the rain...
I am very sure...this is the LAST time I am using your so called "BEST SERVICE"... Was this information helpful? |
