[Resolved] Electrolux — no cooling

No cooling
There is recurring problem of cooling in the refrigiration. After many complaints and follow up the service personnal from the servcice centre and repaired the refrigerator. But again it gone bad and service centre takes 4-5 days to analyse the problem and then searches for the component to be replace and then testing is done for the proper operation of fridge. For all these I have to take the fridge to the centre which is 10 kms away and all costs should be borne by me. What is this customer care. Elctrolux may be aggressively marketing their product but their service to customer is very poor. Still I am suffering from faulty fridge in this peak summer. i have paid Rs. 5000 for repairing ten times

Electrolux — POOREST SERVICE

my microwave is not working since july 2010 and I have made a several calls and mails to the Electrolux company and talked to the No of exicutives but still no one have solved my problem and every time they just apologize and make a false promise to rectify my problem but do nothing , it is one of the worst company in India , and I will recomond all not to purchase any of its product . sanjai saxena , pantnagar airport , uttarakhand

Electrolux — coplaint not attended in the persribed time period

i have purchase a 47 Ltrs. fridge on 8th Sept,12 and i have complaint that lock is not working on 24th Sept,12,& my complaint no.is EJAI [protected], but till now nothing has been attented by the electrolux co.pls help me to solve the problam at the earliest. Electrolux — Complaint not attended

i have already complaint on 26th Sept. till now my complaint not attended till now.This co. service centre employees is also misbehavior with the customer and not reply properly,my complaint no.EJAI [protected] Dated 24.09.12 but not attended till now.

Till date complaint has not attended & also they do not wants to contact.otherwise i will file the Case in the consumer court.
