I also purchased an Elica Cooktop CT
Vetro 372 sp - 3 burner gas stove from Harsha Electronics Hubli(karnatka)
on 20-Jan-2013.
The stove worked fine for 1 year then on 22-Feb-2014, to the horrible incident
took place at my
family, the cooktop glass exploded with small and large
pieces of glass flying
in my kitchen with its several parts
has brocken down, When we called up the Elica Customer Support he was abusing that
"it wont happened like this, we need to investigate and we don’t have
service
center at Hubli", so it will be charged for this,
and I told how this product
happened this horrible incident what
guarantee it will safe in future use, he
did not assure of any proper resolution
or timelines then he coudnt able to
listen my problem start arguing then he
disconnected the call his Name he
mentioned as Mr.Raj his number I got
on website i.e:
[protected](Charges apply), even I
tried other number too no response from other end. I have been trying to get in touch with Elica. I am horrified about using this
product ever in future. If you are
using an Elica product, the health and
life
of your family is in jeopardy. BEWARE,
the same comments I got from several
other people on internet consumer complaints who used the
same product and experienced with
the same horrible events.!!!,
I request you to take any serious action against these fake product otherwise
it will keep play with other Family health. As i
am seeing there are several Complaints on same issues and on same product then
why these people are keep selling this products.
This product or whole Elica company should banned in India, as there service is
also same like their products Horrible.

I demand to Refund my money or else i will Take serious Actions gathering all other consumers, I wont give Up after all it my own Money
