[Resolved]  Emirates — Non refund of the Money

two E-Tickets bearing No.[protected] – 26 were booked during the Ist week of May., 2009 in the name of Vaibhav Verma and Parkash Chand Verma respectively. Due to some unavoidable circumstances, the request for cancellation was made on 11th May, 2009 which was acknowledged through e-mail received from [protected]@emirates.com on 11.05.2009 and assuring that the refund will be processed within 15 working days. Further vide your email dated 12th May., 2009, it was informed that that you had worked out the refund amount and has forwarded it to the Accounts Department and the process will be completed within 30 working days.



It is regretted to state that despite having passed around 100 days, despite having submitted all the scan details required, despite having made regular e-mail communications/reminders through this period from my side, despite having made numbers of STD calls to your office, I have not been paid my rightful refund referred above. I had e-mailed a summary of all the communications that I have made till 10th July., 2009. As I was asked to by Mr. Amol, the Customer Care Official who put his best efforts to resolve my refund case, I tried to contact Ms. Puja Khanolkal, who is dealing with my refund case as informed, several times through telephone, but no response received from her till date. The e-mails posted inviting her attention at the available e-mail address of the ‘Emirates’ too were not replied.



From the above, it is evident that it is a sad state of affairs that a customer is being forced to run from the pillar to post with no any fruitful result to get his rightful refund. This situation has put me under tremendous mental pressure, harassment and agony.



Still we have not heard anything from Emirates. We request you for some help.
