i sent a parcel for my sister in afghanistan last july 16, 2011 with tracking number CP[protected]AE in emirates post mussafah upon tracking the status was delivered on the 24 of july but until now my sister did not receive the parcel, on the details of tracking it was receive by a person name garcia whom i don't know, and i am certain that i wrote the correct name and correct address on that parcel. Till date I did not received any Information regarding Parcle.
