Dear sir,

I had sent a parcel to india - JAMSHEDPUR in my brothers name NASIR KHAN, on dated 22nd june 2011 tracking no - CP[protected]AE but till now it hasn't reached its distanee.I called to emirated post inquiry they said to call me at KOLKATA foreign (INCCUC)office, your parcal is in the custom clearnce.they dont give me the number and address of the office how cum i know what is the status of my parcel and what is the for holding this. I cannot understand what is the reason, no one gives the correct information when i go to in emirates post office Fujairah.There is no ileagal thing on my parcel for holding in the custom.Please communicate to Kolkatta custom for open my parcel and checked it and send on my address.It duty of Emirets post they give us a proper service and caring our goods, we r not did any mistake they why we r sufring for that?

I need this urgently its ben delayed pls give the telphone no ????? in india where my brother can enquire regarding the parcel.

can i have contact no. of emirates post - mumbai as i have not received my parcel from dubai despatched on 16.12.2012, and i cant track my parcel from web as i have lost my tracking no.
