1- The Company has failed in paying my (employee) monthly salary since last three and above months.

2- The Company has failed in paying my (employee) E.P.F. till date deducted regularly from my monthly salary.


3- The Company has failed in paying my (employee) Medical Claim till date deducted regularly from my monthly salary.

4- The Company has failed in paying Empress Money since last too many months.


5- The Company has failed in paying payments to all service providers to Meerut office.

6- The Company has failed in fulfilling the all assurances made before.


7- The Company has failed in replying and considering to all requests made regularly in interest of the Company by me (employee)

8- The Company is regularly torturing –threatening- harassing & black-mailing me and my family members mentally, physically, financially etc. by different means and methods.

9- The Company’s requirements as per rules and regulations are being fulfilled by me regularly till date.

10-Till date from the date of joining Company has not given me even a single leave.

Dress — delayed delivery

The winter garments order were taken on 17/11 at lake town student's gallary b'coz my son Shubham Sagar of cl VI A had missed in school .They after repeated reuests had managed to deliver the blazer on 16th Dec and trousers the next day .The shoes are till date out of stock .I am tracking the shoes since june 09 .As we are staying at ballygunge and both o[censored]s are working ( Doctor's ) it is very difficult to meet up to the delays in date .

I was working in Automotive Axle Ltd(mysore), under contract from Kirthi detective agency(bangalore). I joined August 2007 and left the company on October 2008. I applied for my Provident fund on March 2009. I hav got my Acknowledgement number. But the Kirthi detective agency(bangalore) people hav not remitted any amount to the PF office. I hav sent a letter a letter to the Principal Employer on Right to Information Act. Now i am going to lodge a complaint against the Kirthi detective agency(bangalore) because they hav Misused our EPF. So, plz help me to get my Fund Back.

I have time and again requested PF Commissioner Vashi Navi Mumbai to let me know hoe they have refunded only Rs45710 against my contribution of Rs50207 towards FPS. My account number is MH/96533/318. I do not know whether anybody takes a serious note of comments posted here since my claim is pending for more than four years.

If you can send me a mail as to how to deal in this matter I will be very grateful.

Parcel No.[protected] dated 19.12.09 sent from Mumbai to Chandigarh till not received. Despite so may reminders to Mr Bangera in Mumbai he is not able to give any status. This parcel is containing very very important material. Non receipt of this material has resulted losses in lacs. Trackon people do not gives numbers of any responsible person.
It seems they are worthless people.
