Sub: Non receipt of amounts of my P.F a/c No.KN/ 23054/1048 & F.P.F allegedly settled by you - Probe regarding.


Sir,
I am in receipt of your letter No.KN/PF/BN/ACCTS SEC[protected]/ 620/2009 dt. 11/12/09 and am shocked to note its contents that my claim for payment of my P.F. & Rs.6630 (E.P.S) against Cheque No. 440389 and Cheque No.404424 respectively.

In this connection, I would like to point out that I had never applied for settlement of my P.F. Account in respect of P.F. Account No.KN/23054/1048 along with that of another person.
As I have not received any cheque for the amounts mentioned in your letter dt.11/12/2009, you are requested to furnish me with the following information/ documents.

i) Photocopy of Application for settlement of my P.F A/c No. KN/23054/1048 said to have been received in your office, on the basis of which the cheques for Rs.31, 312/- & Rs.6, 630 as mentioned in your letter dt.11/12/09 had allegedly been issued in my name.

ii) Photocopy of cheques along with that of covering letter under which the same were sent yo me.

iii) Postal Registration Number and date of the cover in which the cheques were dispatched to me.

iv) Since my P.F A/C had allegedly been settled on 22/07/09, documentary evidence in support of crediting of the cheques in question in the Bank account of the person to whom the same were allgedly sent.

As the matter involving financial implication is of serious nature, it needs to be investigated properly and expeditiously.

sir i applied for my pf on 3rd of oct 09 but still now its pending n no bdy is responding to the calls..my pf no is-Mh/48707/2951

I was working in Newgen Imaging Systems from 2007 to 2009 .I submitted my pf form on October 22 2009.
My PF Form has been sent to PF Office on 11-Dec-2009. Still i am not received my pf amount. When i checked the PF status online it shows "Your claim not received by this office".

My pf no : 2042.

Kindly look into this and try to get my PF Money as quick as Possible.

Ltd.C-5 MIDC Ranjangaon Shirur PUNE, has submitted all the necessary doc to withdraw the PF amount on 08 Oct, 2009.Either it will submitted second time by force by PF office Pune by attending person said “ I lost your farm don’t take it negatively.”

This is very sorry to say my employer has deposited the form on dt..23 Nov. 2009 through drop
box and receipt was issued whiched called acknowledgement but i was a faith that it will be
processed within 45 days to 60 days now it is 90 days over .
