[Resolved]  enquiry — how to apply in tatkal

hi, i am from chennai, i have applyed for a fresh passport through online registration and got appointment on june 12th, but rightnow i need the passport very quickly, so i have planned to apply through tatkal scheme. i would like to know whether on june 12th in which they have fixed appointment on that day itself can i apply for tatkal scheme orelse i have to do someother registration especially for tatkal, and if i am applying through tatkal means how to get the verification certificate and tell me about money details... pls help me...
