[Resolved]  EPFO India, Bandra, Maharashtra — PF Claim Pending for more than 8 Months

I have submitted claims to my previous company M/S ACCENTURE SERVICES PVT LTD on 01/06/2008. They inturn submitted the claims to the Bandra PF Office on 04/10/2007. When ever I contacted the Bandra PF Office they use to say in 15 days you will receive the money. I had seen more than 10 15 days like that. I had checked up the status till last week. It has the same message. Claims received on 04/10/2007. Please try again after 30 days of submission. Today when I checked the website says the Establishment Code(45665) itself doesnot exist. I even visited the office early this month and confirmed that my claim papers are still lying at the bottom of the lot. Probably my claim is the oldest pending in the history EPFO India. I had personally taken out my claim papers and given it to the clerk there. I need justice now. Whom to contact and I want to register a case with Consumer Forum. I want to get compesation for the mental and physical tension, harrasment by the staff of bandra office.
I had even written mails to the mail ids mentioned in the website. all mails bounced and i tried contacting the ministry of labor, they told me politely to contact the Bandra Office.

Please suggest me..

Here so many people have written thier complaints and i have read all the complaints but no one has
given a solution. Even no government body is there to help the people. So i think all the private sector companies should not deduct any amount against the epf. The employees must be independent to invest his money of his choice. All the companies and the employees must boycott the epf scheme
as they are incompetence to serve the people better.

I worked with V J Equipment Limited and I left the job in the month of August, 2009. I have submitted my PF withdrawal form on 30.01.2009 at Pradhikaran, Pune, but sorry to say that still I have not received my PF amount.

Also I want my account balance.My pf No. is MH/31007/395

You are kindly requested to look into the matter and solve my problem at the earliest.

as i had very fed about the usless department of epfo mumbai and other areas also my pf account no is MH/90944/225 so many times i had given my grevience to the kandiville office but their is no proper response now iam in a doubt that he following department is working or not please give me a correct statement about the position of my settlement

I see so many complaints on the delay in process of clearing the PF claims.. But still dont see any improvement or development happening on their font..

Could this burea or wesite owner collect all these comments and host the number of complaints on a News channel for the attention of the Labour Ministry..

I just could not digest the kind of lethargic nature the Customer service people respond with the same response of "In process" for 6 - 7months together.

We need to get these government jobs outsourced to private companies, atleast you will have many a job opportunities will be created and the JOBS will be done rather than we getting these irresponsible replies and causing mental frustration.

Respected Sir,
I am Vihar Kulkarni resident of Pune [ Maharashtra ] . This is regarding the P.F. which is pending since long term . My P.F. No. is MH/90390/730 which is handled in Kandivli Branch [ Bombay ] . I had spended more than Rs.32000.00 just to go and visit the P.F. Office to confirm about my status . But whenever I go everytime I am being given false commitment . These people in Circle No.39 [ P.F.Office ] work only six months in a year other six months they are on leave or there is adjustment . People whom I co-ordinate with are :
1] Mr.Asari [ P.F.Commissioner ]
2] Mr.Rao [ Asst.P.F.Commsinr ]
3] Mr.Raut [ Head Clerk ]
4] Mr.Rane [ Head of PRO ]

The all above people are in circle no.39 P.F.Office [Kandivli -Bombay] . I have Fax more than 36 times and called more than 300 times but no response they staraight away tells that we are unable to find your File . These people are least bother . Let's see what will happen after writting this Letter/Mail . I had send you 13 times the courier of this Letter but the same response .

DEAR SIR, i worked for centurion bank and i had applied for payment of my pension and p.F. amounts IN 2008/2009. WHILE I HAVE RCEIVED THE P.f. .
My PF no is MH/vashi/118056/03229 .I had given the papers 8 months back for the final settlement
of my PF..I Recived last week reliance acknowledge recipt date 30 jun 2009..But still it is not credited to my account. I contacted to my office .you contact PF office in Maharashtra.They told that Pf withdrawal form MH/vashi/118056/03229 has already submitted to Maharashtra pf office on 30 jun 09.I just want to get confirmation that how much time it will take to credit the PF amount to my bank account.My account no is[protected] ICICI Bank ).
