With ref. to the above, I would like to inform you that, it has been outstanding for a long period inspite of consistent pursuance to your relevant EPF Regional Office from time to time .
Sir, although the aforementioned forms were submitted to the concerned place On 18/03/08, 29/09/08 and 29/09/08 respectively, afterward even after reminding them severally, they are seemingly heedless about my concern.
In this situation, I would like to request your strong intervention in this context, so that the matter could be wholly resolved in as soon as possible.

This complaint is against the Dodsal Hotel and Resorts Pvt, Ltd, . i worked for 3 years to this company and i left the company with prior notice then i have applied for my PF amount six months back, but till now i couldn't able to know my status with the PF office if i check online it's showing your application is not submitted to PF office.
Please help me.

Here so many people have written thier complaints and i have read all the complaints but no one has
given a solution. Even no government body is there to help the people. So i think all the private sector companies should not deduct any amount against the epf. The employees must be independent to invest his money of his choice. All the companies and the employees must boycott the epf scheme
as they are incompetence to serve the people better.

Yes its true, its highly discouraging keeping the employees in dark. PF is invested due to personal need. Its a cat mouse race to get PRO staff online
through telphone. They escape by giving one simple answer, that your PF amount will be settled within this month. We feel that we live like under stonage era. where they do not have any communication with each other. But we private sector people cannot change to this attitude. Satish
