Hi, the bag I bought from esbeda soon started to peel off, seems they using some cheap material. and complaining to these people is of no use cos they are not helpful. I spoke to some regional manager mukesh samgoi ([protected])...in my 20 minutes of conversation with him he kept contradicting himself. he agreed aout the poor quality of bags and how some bags were taken back, he soon realised his mistake & took back his statement. well they are a bunch of RUDE people

Is there anything being done about these complaints on this forum?

I recently bought an Esbeda bag.Its not cheap by any standard. The lining is so flimsy and has given way. It has come away in strings. Why do you people make such cheap stuff & expect a good price. I feel the bags from the road side of Delhi are better in quality. I want the lining to be replaced. Please do so. I have given back the bag from where I had bought it.The shops name is Panda Enterprises, Ashok nagar, Bhubaneswar, Orissa. I would request you to please have some respect for your consumers as we pay for the bags sold by you and do not miss to pay the last pie. Be true to your name!!! and brand. Dont think we are some fools. Have some respect for our hard earned money. Thank you

People who are willing to buy good n genuine bags with much better quality and at resonable price can come n check the really good bags with plenty of varities and much better stuff at wat2wear in kandivali.we promise our best customer satisfaction and we even promisie that the stuff we selling are worth to buy and use.They are durable as well as worth for paying..Thank you

hey ppl Esbeda is cheating people by creating its own fake brands, pls beawre of it instead i bought a nice clutch @ 1100 with 1 year wrnty frm dicky bags at peddar rd do go to shops n try for tht 1 !

I like all the Esbeda designs and even i have mixed feedback about the same. My first bag tore off like a paper.. while my other bag is go damn strong that now i carry almost stuff of around 2-5 kgs and its still maintained...
However even am not sure about its genuinity...

All good brands selling leather handbags give you and authenticity certificate and or a guarantee card. I too happened to walk in to an Esbda store.. their designs are really good but the material they use is utter trash.. Put in a lil more cash and you can buy a genuine leather handbag..
It's a pity that ESBEDA is ruining its potential to come up as a leading brand in Handbags given their pricing and variety in designs by selling inferior quality stuff..

i called esbeda store at ghatkopar r-city for repair they disconnected my phone 4 times .When asked about number of days it would take to repair the bag ..they said dont know.Despite saying i am customer have been recently buy costly 3 bags from your .they still kept asking from where did u get the number and not replying despite confirming that it is ESBEDA store.It total waste of money to pay such a high price.

they have no sense of customer relationship infact are very rude, careless and insulting people.

Esbeda should not be called a branded bag...it has the most cheap quality and trash material...my first bag pealed off and when asked they said its better to keep it ventilated...so that wont happen...so i bought the second bag and the handle came off...infact both handles came off...looking at the posts it seems no point in making customer complaint as we are in for another surprise...cheap quality customer service. ESBEDA sells 250 Rs bags for 2500...so maing 100% profit...thats only how they are running plush stores in most of the malls...beware of buying Esbeda...

i purchased a bag from ESBEDA in santacruz and after a month and limited usage the handle breaks, the zip..and the guy at the store tells me that it cannot be replaced as the product is imported and there is no store where they can repair the bags...had gifted it to my wife on her bday and trust me wont buy the product ever agan...

I bought an esbeda bag from the mumbai airport as I was going back to the United States. The bag does not have the esbeda name on it but came in an esbeda bag. It is an evening bag, metal with fake diamonds. It looks secure .So the few times in the evening when I will use it it should hold up. I already used the bag one night and lots of woman loved it.

I bought a esbeda bag from inorbit mall, vashi on march 2011 & within 4 days o[censored]sing it the handle has come out...and even within this span of 4 months, i have given it for repair thrice..so i suggest no one should buy bags from Esbeda...

I am one of the customer who felt cheated within couple of hours of buying ESBEDA . The number provided on the receipt does not offer any help. The staff is rude and the brand (only if it can be called so ) holds no responsibility for its poor quality product.

So many complaints should lead to some seroius actions against these people who are enjoying over our money for such degraded products.

And before hiring staff they should train them on basic manners and how to conduct with customers.

This was my last purchase of ESBEDA brand and I will make sure that no one in my family and my friends go for this stuff.

I have had a terrible experience with Esbeda too. The leathere s started peeling within a few days and when I took it to the outlet, the staff denied any responsibility, it was only when I was insistent that they agreed to send the bag to the company for a "decision" after admitting that they did not use genuine leather. This is a brand that is best avoided and we'll soon have them shutting down their plush shops should they persist with poor quality and bad customer service.

I completely agree with all the above complaints. I bought a esbeda bag from Inorbit Vashi. In 3 days tha handle came out. I go it repaired from them. In next 3 months the leather started peeling off & when I went for complain the staff is so rude. They are pathetic to talk. If anybody can provide me details of their senior management/CEO I want to take it up for fooling the people...by giving such cheap stuff...rude staff...& charging bomb..

i bought handbag from esbeda inorbit mall, vashi.for Rs.1980/-on 23.03.2012.it is a ve kind of purse u cant use very often &i just used it for 3-4 times its stitching coming out, even the metal on which esbeda is embossed its sticking is coming out, i went to the shop &i told them to replace it, they said shrudly v cant replace it, we can only cut the threads & give it to u.i said evn i can cut the threads &use it...
Even i only use esbeda purse, Bt this time my experience was really bad...

MY MY MY this is the only brand i use and believe me i never had a complaint abt it till date...

baby why don't you take your own tym while shopping and check every small aspect i m sure then you will shope error free :)

Have some shame the top management people working for esbeda bags ... let me tell you if there are som many customers compaling have you tried to contact them and speak to them . i dont think you guys have ever done and you will never do it ... 1 dissatisfied customer will mention it to thousand other customers . It will definetly hamper ypur businees . Pull up your sock before its too late
