Dear sir, Sub:Esskayjay plantations ltd, kiron shanker roy street Calcutta, -teak certificates.

I have purchased 3teak plantation tree certificates with promise to redeeem at different intervals of time, as i remember the company in its corporate communicatin brochure/circular informed about development of resort in plantation site, showing growing saplings of teak trees., it was around 21years back.since then the company Eskayjay plantations ltd never wrote any letter informing investors about relevant progress.
Now that the maturity of 20 years has been attained the investors are rightful in asking for their returns on their investment. When the certificates will be asked for redemption by company, has never been notified.when we will maturity benefits., will be paidback to investors.

My husband, Shri Aloke Bagchi had purchased a teak wood plantation certificate bearing certificate No. 31463 on 31st August, 1992. from ESSKAYJAY Company Ltd, Kolkata. Since then the company Eskayjay plantations ltd never wrote any letter informing investors about relevant progress. Now that the maturity of 20 years has been attained the investors are rightful in asking for their returns on their investment. When the certificates will be asked for redemption by company, has never been notified.when we will maturity benefits., will be paidback to investors. An early response in this regard would be appreciated. It's been already 22 years and no response from the company would certainly attracted serious punitive action for cheating such a large no of people.

I am holding Teak Certificates numbered 7280 and 7281 dated 31st Aug 1992 (Distinctive numbers 2783 and 2784) issued by Esskayjay Plantations Ltd . If there is scope for recovery of maturity value, please elaborate.
Certificates were purchased in the names of my sons.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased Teak Tree Certificate (Certificate no. 16738 & Folio no. 16738) on[protected] from Esskayjay Plantations Limited, 7B, Kiron Shankar Roy Road, Calcutta - 700 001. As per terms and conditions of the company the Certificate Holder may buy back the trees after 5 years @ Rs. 1800/- each or 10 years @ 5400/- each and such offer was to be made within three months from the expiry date of above periods and if this offer is not opted by the Certificate Holder the Company will deliver the tree to him after completion of 20 years. Accordingly, I had communicated the company in several occasions but no reply is received from the Company.

Is there any possibility of getting the benefit after completion of 20 years from such company which is not responding to its Certificate Holder ?

In reference to the above this is to inform you that I had invested Rs. 600/- (Rs. Six Hundred Only) in your company in the year 1992 (31st Day of August 1992) towards the scheme of Tree plantation in anticipation of the return as per the scheme floated by your company.
I request to inform you that so far no return has been made to me it is a matter of great concern. I would request you to please acknowledge and confirm by which date the retune / Benefit would be made available to me.

I had purchased a TEAK CERTIFICATE with certificate no. 10468 and folio no.10468, Distinctive no.31169 on 31 August 1992 from ESSKAYJAY PLANTATION LTD
71B, K S ROAD KOLKATA-700001 as per the terms and conditions of the company.
But till today I have not received any returns from the company after repeated reminders.
Please help me to get my money back.
