i have got message on8-oct, 2009 from eupremier mobile draw that i win 750, 000 pounds.
to take my winning price i have to pay 22, 000 rupees as courier fees. i do not know that is it true or fraud?. if you have any answer inform me that is it believable or not?

I got msg from eu premier mobile draw ...revealing that i won 750000 GBP pounds from EU Premier Mobile Draw.and also given the email id on the name of Mr.Sidney, [protected]@live.com., with ref.no EU-P1-14.
contacted him now he wants me to deposit 750000 GBP pounds in bank against courier and insurance charges for the delivery of my draft . Please let me know its real or froud
