we have recently installed fenesta. the coordination betwwen the team manager and the satff is very poor. they suggested their own civl engineer for civil work but he vanished having done some mistake while placing slabs inturn the measurements are not properly done by the staff. still the work is undone, lot of sealing has to be done., we are repeatedly requesting them to finish the job. if not done., within a week, we may move to a consumer court.
product may be good but the dealers are not that much responsible and spoil the name . i am writing this from bangalore.

I only wished I had read this article earlier...I am their latest victim...The company though a DCM Shriram group company is nothing but a bunch of hollow promises delivering sub standard work and cheating customers.
The job was contracted to M/s Fusion Building Systems (Mr. Vikas Sharma - Email: vikas.[protected]@fbs.co.in), to start with the order was partially delivered 30 days later than the first promised date. Due to monsoon season, 33% of bedrooms wooden flooring got damaged. Secondly, the slider doors including handles and fixtures delivered were not which were chosen by me and ordered. What followed was usual scenario of calling, sitting at their office for hours and inconclusive chase. Mr. Vikas Sharma was unreachable and missing in action from his office at Bhikaji Cama Place.
One can argue that the dealers and installers are like that and service can be an issue, but in this case somehow we got in touch with the management at Fenesta. Personal assurances were made by Mr.Nigman Jha - Retail Head(Email: nigmanand.[protected]@fenesta.com) and Mr Sanjay Gupta - Zonal Head (Email: sanjay.[protected]@fenesta.com) that everything will be delivered by the 10th July and installed by 13th July. Well today is 23rd July, there have been some additional installations, but there is still no sign of the slider doors we had ordered.
To our surprise we have found out from the installation team the doors/ handles and fixtures are end of life and the company doesn't have them anymore, therefore the promises made by the management are base less. For last 10 days there is no contact that we have managed to establish. We have sent out written complains both registered and ordinary post and they are not even being accepted by either organization.
Actually I am not surprised, how these companies are bigger, they cheat customers by showing them something and eventually selling something. Its simply a case of racket for organized fraud & cheating customers.
What I am surprised is at how multinational companies like Fenesta's technology partners Spectus Windows Systems form alliances without any due diligence. Or maybe who knows they have been cheated as well. I certainly hope there is some action which the consumer complaints cell can help and sort this mess out.

I too paid 100% charges but since then have been chasing the dealer AA CraftDesign in Gurgaon.Most unprofessional conduct. Had to ask repeatedly for the surveyor.
Finally decided to cancel the order because the service is so bad even before installation but have been told that it is not possible.

They diverted me to contact their dealer / Subagent.
The dealer had given me another number of his officer who was supposed to visit our site.
I called several times on that number and i noticed that he was not even ready to take the call on his phone.
Their poor response indicates the working of the FENESTA.

Go for Rehau. Its world number 1. Although a bit costlier than Rehau. But its truly world class.

Please use below mentioned points while placing the order
1.Never buy windows, always buy specification.e.g. what kind of profile he is using ?, Thickness of reinforcement, Hardware origin.
2. Never give 100% advance. Put Penalty Clause in Delivery if they are late deduct the amount.
3. Try to select local fabricator near your vicinity so you can follow him aggressively.
4. Last but not the least, Never trust these sales guys, always ask everything in written. Please remember you are just one more lakhs order to complete their target.

Vinod Radhakrishnan (above) is absolutely correct and my experience with fenesta is no less problematic then his. fenesta employees are incompetent, cheaters, liars...etc.they have used second hand glass in my so called soundproof window.do not deal wth them namely ASHISH SAXENA (installation mg), ABHAY (installation supvervisor)AND DHEERAJ JUWALE (sales exc.)these are some bunch of crooks working in fenesta.

I have recently installed fenesta window's at my home, actually its been a mistake or u can say a blunder by choosing Fenesta, namely mr. ashish saxena (installtion mg), abhay (installation supervisor) and dheeraj juwale(sales exc) are cheaters, liars and a bunch of crooks in my view.they have installed my window after atleast 3 weeks of delay, installed used glass in pvc frame, promisded me of 80% of sound reduction buts its actually 20-30% only.further, after giving them reapeted phone calls to attend a problem regarding fenesta window all my complaints are being ignored.
MEASURMENS HAVE TAKEN BEFORE FOUR MONTHS I HAVE NOT RECIVED QUOTE UPTIL NOW A GUY FROM COMPANY JUST PHONES AND TELL THAT AREA PERSON WILL COTACT YOU SOON S B MUNOT AURANGABAD

2. During that period - no reassurance or even a phone call from the dealer. This is after taking a 100% advance amounting to 49, 900 Rs. (at 900+ Rs per square foot)
3. Non-responsive dealer (Bangalore). Need to keep reminding him to do things that he has promised - but he will never do it.
4.Worst of all - windows were not according to specification. The invoice clearly says 8.5 mm _laminated_ glass. But what was installed was 5 mm float glass. Did not notice until it was too late. Phone calls to dealer and Fenesta fruitless. Promised to send someone over to look at the window and suggest a remedy but no one turned up - after several phone calls.
In short:
Rip Off.
Dealer unresponsive.
Fenesta call centre: All sweet talk - no action.

Fenesta is the only manufacturer o[censored]PVC window in india. I repeat Manufacturer - not a importer of china or germany chep quality goods and third grade window .
Completly manufactured in Indian Soil.
Please go ahead with it...

She was very aggressive while following up to get the order but after she got the order and complete payment, all the follow-up was ours. She did not even bother to call back in response to our follow up for the installation whereas earlier she had assured us that she would be physically present herself during the process of installation.
The installation team itself was very good and dedicated and the only saving grace in an otherwise terrible customer experience.
