I am an owner of FIAT LINEA Emotion Pk (D) since Nov 2009 and it has done only 19000KM till date.
3rd service of my car was to be done before 30 Nov 2011.Since i was moving out till dec hence i decided to get it serviced in Aug 2011 at Muscot Motors, Auth service center in Aligarh(UP).When i took my car there i was given an estimate of Rs 13500 towards the service and oil and filter change. Every thing in the 3rd service was similar to that of the 2nd service and for the 2nd service I paid onlt Rs 4500. Hence i asked the dealer for so much difference. I was told that if i had to get my car serviced in Aligarh then I have to paid that much else i can take my car back. So i took my car back and got it serviced at Agra Center where I paid only Rs 5200. I took up the case with the higher mngt of Fiat and launced several complaints. Following are few complaint no

Till date no action has been taken against the dealer in the meanwhile dealer has forwarded a fake certificate to the FIAT auth on my behalf stating that I had got my car serviced there only without any extra cost.
I had reached upto the top level of FIAT India but not received any satisfactory answer from there side. They are still investing the matter.
