Fiat has a pathetic customer service located at Mumbai. They do not listen to a traumatized Customer. The Operations Manager- "Ranjit Gupta" should be sacked/ replaced- He has NO Customer Service attitude whatsoever.
I hope someone at Fiat takes some action and do something to strengthen their Customer base- or else loose esteemed customers.
Secondly, parts take way too long to come from Italy. They really need to pull up their socks and take control of the situation. Was this information helpful? |
