After purchasing punto 1.2L there were many manufacturing defects
1. There was door lock problem the day I took the delivery
2. Golves box lock was not working
3. There was gap on left side of dicky.
4. Non availibility of spares and accessories
Eventhough these pproblems were rectified latter but I to visited service stations 4-5 times (as it was my first car and couldnot identify these manufacturing defects at one go).
When I tried to write my experience at their website I found that their icon "help desk" is not working properly (I could not submit my complain)
What I want know from fiat is that "is there any QA/QC check in their production or not?"
