I took delivery of my car Fiat LINEA EMOTION Diesel on 06 Aug 10, from Goldrush Sales & Service Ltd, Lucknow.
Chassis No 17415.
Engine No 82114.
The car was damaged prior to sale, which I did not realise at time of purchase. I have written many mails to Tata-Fiat and to the agency, but I have not received any response addressing my problem. Sales head of dealership, contacted me, he refused to accept that the car is damaged and has not addressed the real issue, in fact he was misleading. I am attaching photos which I have sent to him, which clearly show DENTING AND REPAINTING WORK to cover DAMAGED PARTS on left front door.
The dealer had taken advance for booking the car and assured me a fresh piece. When i took delivery, SPEEDOMETER CABLE WAS DISCONNECTED. The dealer could not show me details of whether car was a freshly received piece, as assured, and showed a forged entry of PDI date.
I am deeply anguished for having been cheated by the dealer.
The car has following problems
(a) Layer of paint is peeling-off from below the rubber beading on outer side of front left door and older layers of paint are clearly visible (as seen in Photo 1 attached)
(b) Wrenching marks on mounting bolts of door (as seen in Photo 2 attached).
(c) Misalignment of door panels (as in photo 3 attached).
(d) Paint smears on stem of left rear-view mirror (as in Photo 4 attached).
