Hi Tata Motors
I've given my palio (GJ-3AB-1635) for service at Dhingra Motors workshop in gurgaon on 29th June 2008. There was some problem with clutch too and i asked them to repair it. In the evening i got a call from workshop person that clucth is faulty and they have to replace it. Well car was delieverd to me on 1st July 2008. After 7-8 days car's clutch again started giving same problem, after calling some known person, i came to know that clucth and gear setting is not proper that's why there is a problem in gear change while car is running. Well i paid Rs10K for the service and repair, but the problem still persist.
I think tata motors people are not fully trained or mechanics just don't want to diagnose the problem properely.
Anyway i'mm gonna call workshop again and let's see what there response is, but i didn't expected this kind of faulty service from Tata motors.
I was thinking of buying Safari, but i shelved the plans after shoddy service,
Let's see my complaint is answered or not.
