We have a Linea Car and presently it is standing at service centre “Dada Motors”, Ludhiana. We gave our car in last week of December for repair under the accidental case. At starting, they told us that they will repair it within 15-20 days but till now we have not get our car. They repaired our car (denting-painting, service, Door installation, Bumper installation etc.) in mid of February but due to unavailability of some parts (Stereo, Remote Locking system, Bonut Opener etc.) of car, the insurance company is not ready to release the payment to your dealer against our car. The insurance company saying that how we can release the payment without the parts fitting and your dealer is saying that company do not have parts right now. We contacted the dealer several time but every time they gave us the next date for spare parts to come. Even I had sent the mail to the company 2-3 times at [protected]@fiapl.com but till now nothing happened.
We are unable to understand that FIAT have parts for manufacturing new cars but they do not have stocks to give supply to their old customers. Now we have got very much frustrated because of unavailability of main parts of car and thinking that we did a very BIG MISTAKE to bought a FIAT CAR because we were not expecting such a bad response from such a big company.
